WHO ARE WE:
Est July 2014, We are a support group and sisterhood network created to empower women to recognize their true self-worth, educate women on their human rights and elevate women by teaching effective and practical coping mechanisms to overcome trauma, depression, grief, dependence and overall challenges of life. OUR PURPOSE
Approximately one in five adult women have a mental health issue each year, yet only 20% will seek help. While everyone goes through difficulties in life, we recognize that women impacted by systemic oppression have less access to care, support and suffer tragically. Women can heal and recover from depression, anxiety, abuse and trauma. We believe that every woman in our community should have a support system and access to resources, by improving a woman’s mental health we are also improving the well-being of her family and community. OUR MISSION

SCHOOL S*X ASSAULT ALLEGATION: Police are actively investigating a reported sexual assault involving a 12-year-old girl who alleges she was lured into a classroom and attacked by two adult males on a school campus on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
According to initial reports, shortly before 7:00 p.m., the complainant told police that her daughter disclosed she had been sexually assaulted at school by two males who are not students at the institution.
The victim reported that around 3:00 p.m., while waiting for transportation, she was led by a fellow female student to a classroom. Once inside, she alleged that two males, described as wearing white shirts and black pants, engaged in sexual in*******se with her.
The matter is under active investigation by the Sexual Offences Unit of the Central Investigation Department.
