🐾 We’ve Been Quiet... But the Rescue Has Been Roaring 🐾
I know it’s been a long while since I’ve posted — and I truly appreciate those who’ve checked in or stayed quietly supportive during the silence.
The truth is simple: there just hasn’t been time. Every day has been filled to the brim with feeding, cleaning, rescuing, bottle-feeding, medicating, coordinating — and sometimes just trying to keep up with the sheer volume of animals needing help.
But I want you to know:
The rescue is very much alive and in full swing.
Most recently, we've taken in over 40 kittens — many of them sick, abandoned, or born to feral moms in dangerous conditions. It's been a whirlwind of tiny paws, early mornings, and sleepless nights.
Some were just days old and required bottle-feeding every few hours. Some needed urgent medical care, main problem was severe eye infections for almost all of them. Most have already started thriving, purring, and playing like nothing ever happened. And a few... we’re still fighting hard for.
This isn’t just a passion. It’s a calling. And while I may go quiet online, the rescue never stops behind the scenes.
🚨 We Need Urgent Help 🚨
Right now, we’re facing a critical shortage of food and supplies. The rescue is based on a small island in the middle of the Atlantic, over 400 miles from Miami, and the cost of shipping even basic necessities here is enormous.
We are doing everything we can, but our resources are stretched thin. We urgently need support to keep feeding these animals and continue providing the care they need.
If you’re able to help — whether it's $20, $50, $100 or just sharing this post — it truly makes a difference. There is also an Amazon wishlist at the bottom.... for urgent food and some supplies.Should you wish to purchase from other sources such as Chewys or Walmartplease use the provided shipping address for the warehouse in Ft.Lauderdale from where the food is then shipped in pallet form to the island of San Salvador, Bahamas
🧡 Thank you for standing with us — even from afar.
Every life saved is because someone cared enough to help.
All kittens will be spayed and neutered during the first week of October !
We urgently need funds to make this happen !!!
