From the Pit to the Pulpit

Apostle Dr. Utah Taylor-Rolle lived a troubled life for many years because of the void of his biological father.

After two DNA testings, eleven years ago he found his father who at that time was the Deputy Superintendent of HMP and also the Senior Pastor of Mt. Nebo Union Baptist Church.

Utah went to church to establish a long awaited relationship with Rev. Dr. Charles E. Rolle and while he was there he answered the call of God and was consecrated an Apostle. Shortly after that he was offered the post of Senior Pastor of The New Oasis of Love Kingdom Ministries, which he accepted.

Utah Taylor-Rolle is well known for his former TV Show "Controversy TV" and has produced hundreds of local and international music videos.

Utah’s book “The Tears I Cried” that he penned after finding his father is being used in local schools, in classes at UB and by organizations around the world.

Utah has used the blessing of finding his father to start a Find Your father Foundation (FYFF) to help others who may be going through the same dilemma he did

Apostle Dr. Utah Taylor-Rolle has plans to release his second book “A Cry for Help from the Pit to the Pulpit” later in the year with hopes of helping even more wayward young me find the part of purpose

On Father's Day, June 21st, 2020, he was bestowed an Honorary Doctorate of Theology from Grace International Bible University, USA.

Apostle has been called by God especially for the restoration of the family and like Joshua, his favorite saying is: “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
