IWS-Brazil é um ramo da International Watercolor Society para promover a pintura em aquarela Teos has a history which goes back 2,800 years.

The International Watercolor Society (IWS) is a non-profit organization and was established in January 2012 with the objective of promoting the world's oldest and most deeply rooted painting technique; the art of watercolor. Our headquarters are in the ancient city of Teos, Turkey on the eastern shores of the Aegean Sea. By the 3rd Century BC the city was to become famous for being the center of t

he Guild of the Artists. Our goal is to promote peace by the use of art; the common language of all the peoples of the world. Our activities involve bringing watercolor artists and art-lovers together. The aim is to join the international family of watercolor painting and to promote and popularize watercolor/watermedia in every country. The IWS was founded by Mr. Atanur Dogan with the aim of exchanging thoughts and ideas relating to the artistic beauty of the watercolor technique, and to uplift standards through discussions, seminars, workshops, and master-classes by inviting IWS members from around the world, as-well-as to showcase the work of all the watercolor artists from every part of the world. Our aim at the IWS is to interact with other watercolor artists and associations worldwide, hold activities to exchange views & ideas to increase the calibre of the medium, and help improve the artist in the art-lovers and finally, arranging publications on different occasions to cooperate with already established watercolor societies across the globe.

Con mucho beneplácito queremos anunciar la realización del II ENCUENTRO INTERNACIONAL "ACUARELA DE ALTURA" en la ciudad de PUNO - PERÚ.
📆Fecha: del 18 al 22 de junio del 2026
Con la participación de grandes maestros invitados internacionales.
Tema: Unidos por el Lago Titicaca
Durante cinco días se desarrollarán Jornadas al aire libre, demostraciones, talleres, concursos, exposiciones simultáneas, ruta de la acuarela, feria de productos de arte, presentaciones de libros, mesa redonda, Workshops, será una gran celebración del arte a la cual están desde ya convocados.
Muy pronto estaremos brindando mayor información sobre la organización, nuestros aliados, los invitados, el programa y cómo ser parte de este gran evento.
Desde ya PUNO se prepara para recibir a los artistas del agua y el color de todo el mundo.

Letos praznujemo 10 let in želimo se zahvaliti vsem vam, ki ste vsa ta leta skrbeli, da so na razstavo prihajala raznolika in zanimiva dela ter skrbeli, da so Lokarjeva galerija, Občina Ajdovščina in Vipavska dolina vsak konec poletja akvarelistično in mednarodno obarvane.
