4. The Objectives of the BUSINESS ANGELS Foundation are to advance for the national and international Benefit of the Public in any part of the world...
4.1. The prevention or relief of poverty;
4.2. The promotion of social inclusion;
4.3. Relief of financial hardship and/or unemployment
by provision of financial and/or technical assistance and business advice or consultancy in order to provide training and own self-made businesses or employment opportunities for the poor and/ or unemployed people in any part of the world in case of financial and/or other charitable need,
in particular but not limited to through help
i. in setting up their own business or
ii. to existing business,
iii. in creation of training, own business or business models and employment opportunities
by the provision of workspace, buildings, grants or funds and/or land for use on favourable terms.
4.4. The advancement of the arts, culture, heritage or science,
4.5. The advancement of animal welfare,
4.7. The promotion of urban or rural regeneration,
in particular but not limited to through help in setting up self-made business or own business models and employment opportunities in any part of the world promoting the protection or conservation of the environment.

5. The charity has power to do anything which is calculated to further its Object(s) or is conducive or incidental to doing so.
In particular, the charity has power:
(1) to raise funds. In doing so, the charity must not undertake any taxable permanent trading activity and must
comply with any relevant statutory regulations;
