CCA Paschoal Bianco started off from the agreement signed with the Municipal Department of Social Assistance in 1994 and from the experience of the organisation Social Action Padre Paschoal Bianco, which from its foundation in 1960 worked through charity ladies with donations of baskets, milk tickets, and free cutting and sewing courses. Today, the CCA provide social-assistance monitoring for chil
dren and youth in situations of social vulnerability and those with special needs, aiming to develop a healthy family structure for them. The space provides children and adolescents with adequate care and development of social education, food, culture, sports and leisure, as well as showing the importance of hygiene habits, rules of coexistence and family support. With a work directed to a cultural and educational rescue, CCA Paschoal Bianco contributes to the construction of autonomy of its attendees and family generating new perspectives of social inclusion and critical awareness regarding rights and responsibilities. Part of the maintenance of this work is possible due to partnerships with companies, local commerce, residents of the region, educational institutions and social assistance such as DOC. CIN, Gerdau, Leroy Merlin, Abrinq Foundation, the Basic Health Units and AMAS. During his career, the Social Action Padre Paschoal Bianco – an organization that manages the CCA service and two other service centers in the region, one of which was the Zumbia dos Palmares CCA and another one of the MSE-MA, was recognized by Institutions such as CMDCA (Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents), COMAS (Municipal Council of Social Assistance) and has the Municipal and State Public Utility in force.

O CCA Paschoal Bianco surge a partir do convênio celebrado com a Secretaria Municipal de Assistência Social em 1994 e da experiência da organização Ação Social Padre Paschoal Bianco, que a partir de sua fundação, em 1960, trabalhou por meio de senhoras de caridade com doações de cestas básicas, ticket de leite e cursos gratuitos de corte e costura. Hoje, as crianças e jovens em situação de vulnerabilidade social e portadores de necessidades especiais recebem do CCA acompanhamento socioassistencial, que visa o desenvolvimento de uma estrutura familiar saudável. O espaço proporciona às crianças e adolescentes um atendimento e desenvolvimento adequado de educação social, alimentação, cultura, esporte e lazer, além de mostrar a importância de hábitos de higiene, regras de convivência e acompanhamento familiar. Com um trabalho direcionado a um resgate sociocultural e socioeducativo, O CCA Paschoal Bianco contribui para a construção de autonomia de seus atendidos e família gerando novas perspectivas de inclusão social e consciência crítica quanto a direitos e responsabilidades. Parte da manutenção desse trabalho é possível devido às parcerias com empresas, o comércio local, moradores da região, instituições de ensino e de assistência social como a DOC. CIN, Gerdau, Leroy Merlin, Fundação Abrinq, as Unidades Básicas de Saúde e AMAS. Durante sua trajetória, a Ação Social Padre Paschoal Bianco - organização que administra o serviço do CCA e mais dois núcleos de atendimento na região, sendo um o CCA Zumbia dos Palmares e outro de Medidas Socioeducativas em Meio Aberto - MSE-MA, foi reconhecida por instituições como o CMDCA (Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente), COMAS (Conselho Municipal de Assistência Social) e possui a Utilidade Pública Municipal e Estadual vigentes.
