It all started with a typical Saturday guys' night out. Moscow Mules in hand the conversation naturally shifted between girls and sports before settling on business. What can we do for fun that will also provide value to our community at the same time? We realized that there is so much going on each week in Midtown that we often hear about things too late. Especially with the addition of the Golde

n 1 Center, there are new places breaking ground everywhere. Combine our love of the Midtown lifestyle with people, positivity, and giving back, and that is how Guys on the Grid was born.

3 months of recovery brought me here.

Back in August I went on medical leave and my goal was simple—make it to this trip I had already booked.

From São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro, I learned a few things: don’t wear flashy jewelry, people get robbed for their phones, and Uber drivers keep their windows up to avoid being easy targets for motorcycles. That uncertainty reminded me I was far from home—but it was also part of the adventure.

Daily açaí bowls, churrascarias, parks, markets, street art, Christ the Redeemer, beaches, volleyball x futbol, wild monkeys, coxinhas, and more made my first time in South America unforgettable.

One of the largest Night Markets in the nation is back tomorrow! After a 2 year hiatus, I thought this event may be a thing of the past. I’m elated to see that Sac gets at least one more. Founded in 2018 you can expect street food from around the World, women live art, marketplace, silent disco, wine garden, classic cars, dance battles, and immaculate vibes. I’ve always said that this is my favorite Sac event 🔥
