Need of Al-Ghareeb Foundation:
Riphah Volunteer Society believes that only a society working for the betterment of
society can create social change. Riphah Volunteer Society has many different reasons to establish, but most often they
simply want to help, assist, to do something important for the betterment of humanity in need
without getting back. They are always ready to be helping hands to othe
rs. The Society is founded upon the core beliefs that one can achieve one's dreams with the proper
support and dedicated action, and that we accomplish more together than we would achieve
alone. For this purpose Riphah Volunteer Society launched a new project named as
“Al-Ghareeb Foundation”
Introduction to Al-Ghareeb Foundation:
AL-Ghareeb Foundation an initiative by Riphah Volunteer Society. Al-Ghareeb
Foundation is a non-government entity operating on the private level. We are an operational
NGO, meaning we plan and carry out boots-on-the-ground projects to accomplish our visionary
ends. This requires a great deal of honesty, selflessness, careful planning, communication, and
local involvement. We believe that this foundation will work for the worthy cause that will do a great deal of good
for many people. The purpose of the Foundation is to enhance broad-based community development,
particularly for the benefit of children at non fee-paying schools, vulnerable groups in society
and to support projects that promote sustainable livelihoods in areas where such non-fee-paying
schools exist. We provide assistance to such communities to ensure their children’s healthy
development of physical, educational and social needs. Founder’s Statement:

Alleviating poverty through well planned and comprehensive projects in health, education,
livelihood, and disaster preparedness and response. To help in building the power and capacity of lower-income people, to be provided by rights
they deserve. Improving public contribution to development of the nation. Provide platform and resources that let grassroots groups and volunteers do more good for poor

Al-Ghareeb Foundation is a charity based non-Government Organization supporting
vulnerable children, families and communities in Pakistan. Our vision is to relieve the suffering
and hardships vulnerable children and families face every day by providing care and support
where it’s needed most. We are committed to reducing poverty and building a positive future for the children and
families we work with. Our work revolves around two core development areas: livelihood and
