OBJECT = Courses productive inclusion in income generation for youth and women heads of families through training courses in theater arts and dance for teenagers, young and old (intergenerational), providing opportunities for people with physical disabilities and / or mental retardation - with limitations - which are in a situation of vulnerability and personal and social risk in order to promote their personal, social and economic. II - INTRODUCTION:

This project aims to include productive for generating income through training courses in theater arts and dance for teenagers, young and old (intergenerational), providing opportunities for people with physical disabilities and / or mild mental - with limitations - which are in a situation of vulnerability and personal and social risk in order to promote their personal, social and economic. It is worth noting that the elderly between 60 and 64 years old, mostly lives excluded from the labor market, no fixed income, not entitled to the benefit of continued / BPCL - considering that this benefit includes Social Welfare elderly over 65 years leaving them in a situation of social exclusion and need opportunities to develop their potential, by adding production to generate income, with lasting change and improve the quality of life. The proposed actions, orderly and continuous aim not only to guarantee sustainable income to meet basic needs of the beneficiaries, but the recovery of citizenship, reintegration into society, the recovery of the disabled and the elderly as a subject of subjective rights and social inclusion perspective, ensuring the enforcement of fundamental rights and guarantees envisaged in the Constitution / 88, Law 8069/90 - the Child and Adolescent / ECA, the Elderly, Law 8742/93 - Law Organic Social Assistance Pensions - Invalidity. III - BACKGROUND:

Crateús is a municipality in the state of Ceará, located in the Hinterland of Microregion Crateús estimated population in 2010 to 72,853 inhabitants. The largest concentration of population is in rural areas, for low-income families surviving family farming. It was found high rates of families in vulnerable social and personal benefit from the Federal program "Bolsa Familia," and who are unskilled and unable to enjoy the minimum quality of life and human dignity that is their right ; live on the margins of inclusion facing real process of disintegration. * In the project "Holidays in Ceará" that occasionally brings a band or established artist. Given the above, it is necessary interventions for public and private agencies through social projects include production and income generation aimed at promoting social, personal and cost of this population and thus easing the situation of vulnerabilities with effective guarantees of rights . The NGO Complex Sociocultural "Roque Araujo" whose mission it is to promote social inclusion and ensuring the exercise of citizenship in order to implement integrated public policies of social welfare, education and culture, the Ministry of Culture proposes to establish technical cooperation- for the development of financial inclusion initiatives with productive sustainable income generation, benefiting the target audience of teenagers, young adults (both sexes) and elderly families benefit from the Family Grant Program with the conditionality for teenagers and young they are studying or return to school, giving priority to residents of the neighborhoods most in need. For the implementation of that project participants will be organized collectively by groups, and the stage of training will be distributed to meet the 02 courses included in productive income generation, and the Theatre Course (using history and story of the region): - 04 classes of 20 participants comprising 80 people and Dance Course with 04 participants from 20 groups totaling 80 people. All classes will be organized aiming at the inclusion of people with limitations - disabled - and, intergenerational. The methodology will be used in a participatory and dialogical, which, in addition to providing conceptual content can effectively contribute to a reflection that leads to the collective construction of knowledge, theory and practices towards developing skills and technical and managerial capabilities, the effective professional with empowerment of project participants, improvement of public policies, the exercise of citizenship, as well as valuing and benefiting people with physical disabilities and / or mental retardation - young and old - through the course of sociocultural theater and dance in an inclusive way and between generations. IV - GENERAL PURPOSE:
Offer courses for inclusion in productive income generation for teens, young, elderly and providing opportunities for people with disabilities through vocational training - Course Art Theatre and Dance - prioritizing families included in the Family Grant Program, and who are in a situation vulnerability and personal and social risk in order to promote their personal, social and economic as well as to ensure safe housing, food and psychosocial care for Attendees. V - SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

5.1 - Contribute to overcome situations of vulnerability of adolescents, youth, disabled and elderly with limitations (guaranteeing them access) living in areas of social vulnerability;

5.2 - Contribute to the strengthening of family bonds and community;

5.3 - Promote the integration, reintegration and retention of young people in school activities, given the cross to school engagement in the project;

5.4 - Implement a core of artistic production in order to generate employment and income;

5.5 - Implement an artistic group of theater and dance inclusive and productive intergenerational aimed at the inclusion in income generation through occasional presentations as part of the sightseeing tour of the city;

5.6 - To offer training in sociocultural activities for teenagers, young people with disabilities / limitations and the elderly, through courses of productive inclusion in income generation of theater and dance in an inclusive way and intergenerational aiming to promote the artistic life of this public work. VII - TARGET: 160 PEOPLE

1 - Attendance the 140 people (adolescents and adults / seniors) who are in vulnerable social and personal, giving priority to families included in the Family Grant Program;

2 - Care to 20 people with physical disabilities and / or mental retardation - prioritizing families included in the Family Grant programs, and / or are in a situation of vulnerability and social risk. VIII - GOALS:

8.1 - Attendance to one hundred (100) teenagers and young adults of both sexes, promoting effective personal, social and economic as well as helping to strengthen family and community; having as conditionality for engaging in the project, to be in school or return to school;
8.2 - Assistance to forty (40) elderly and 20 (twenty) persons with disabilities and promoting economic and financial autonomy to sustainable income generation, supportive and participatory.

8.3 - Implement a Local Productive Arrangement arts - dance and theater group.
8.4 - Elevation of schooling and lower rates of violence and drug use and violation of rights;

8.5 - Provide accessibility for people with disabilities and / or limitations engaged in the project and the opportunity to access courses include art and cultural production of theater and dance inclusive and intergenerational offered, respecting its limitations and to achieve the most from your capacity, featuring great shape local, regional, national and international. IX - METHODOLOGY:

Will be contracted companies, organizations or specialized socioassistenciais hiring professionals - UMAN resources - to carry out the training, with classes for courses in theater and dance courses so inclusive and intergenerational. The actions proposed in this project will be implemented in a systematic and continuous basilar always preceded by diagnosis and cooperation between teams hired, as well as the real needs and context of each class, in addition to previous knowledge and approval of syllabuses and support materials for technical staff of the NGO Cultural Complex "Rose Araujo." The methodology used for the training courses should focus on the integration of collective knowledge among educators and students, presented in a dialogical. All contents worked on the course will be based on conceptual definitions of citizenship, family and community life, work and income, included in contemporary forms of work organization and its different meanings in the exercise of citizenship, before the development of new technologies and new demands professionals to better understand the world of work and the transformations which contemporary society is undergoing. Courses will be offered inclusive production and income generation focused on art and culture courses in theater arts and dance for a special public, whose contents will be guided by the theory and practice distributed as follows:
The workload of the training activities will be 120 hours distributed in modules with six-monthly review by banking floating preparation and professional training of inclusive production, employment and income to sustainability of the project (theory and practice), with the following contents:
Participants will be encouraged to develop bio-psycho-social through inclusive theater and dance with expressive activity on the cognitive, motor and emotional development of students, and especially the disabled. Classes (08) will be distributed to 20 participants per class will be in attendance 03 times a week with a schedule of 04 h / day; 12h/semana, courses of 10 weeks, concluding 120h/aula each class with required proof of attendance minimum of 75%, school performance, among others. Will be given theoretical and practical work in workshops individually and play according to the limitations of the participants, with exercises engines and psychosocial nature, also working their self-esteem, among other characteristics. It should be noted that courses offered for people with is - limitations - requiring special techniques over the public plaintiff, therefore not being able to work with large class. The training will be done by technical staff and number of instructors higher than that used for people without any limitation. As a means of social inclusion, personal and economic participants of these training courses, we use strategies, aiming to achieve more and better professional development, through theater and dance inclusive and intergenerational, working part cognitive, motor and emotional of all. The activities will be worked on individually and entertaining aimed at integrating intergenerational and inclusive as well as professional work in the artistic group to generate income. Upon completion of the courses, a panel of judges will be formed by professionals - under the guidance and financial support of the NGO Complex "Roque Araujo" - aims to strengthen the artistic work in groups and in solidarity, as well as attracting tourism. Presentations will be charged tickets to give sustainability to the work performed and passed as follows:
- 70% (seventy percent) for the complex to continue to Roque Araujo worked then made;

The estimated project cost is R $ 340,000.00 (three hundred forty thousand dollars) from the transfer of the following agencies:

The payment will be according to the implementation of activities of this month by the evidence set out in schedule through reports duly certified by the Executor of the NGO Technical Complex "Roque Araujo" activities will be recorded, measured and evaluated in specific instruments for systematic technique that will be inserted in the monthly reports and final.
