Help us create a new home to AEC-TEA!
Last year, the government of Bahia donated a vacant building to become a permanent home for AEC-TEA. The building was used a state-owned supermarket and after many years vacant is in need of repair and adaptations before AEC-TEA can start using it. AEC-TEA is a completely volunteer and community based association located in Capim Grosso, Bahia, Brazil. The organization works with the community to create local educational projects and spaces for community creativity.

The main goal emphasizes increasing access to higher education and encouraging volunteer work as a means to improve the quality of life in our community. Both Brazilian and international volunteers are welcome to participate in the organization’s projects and AEC-TEA also uses longer-term interns to organize and run projects.
