🌊 The conversation about oceans, climate change, and human rights continues.

The journal Documentos Azules No. 1 · 2025 brings together five articles by experts and civil society organizations that analyze the advisory opinion of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) and its implications for international law and climate justice.

These contributions examine the legal implications, current debates, and challenges for climate governance and ocean protection.
