OTTERS TMC OTTERS TMC is a local Toastmasters Club based in Seria, Brunei Darussalam.

Meets every other Wednesday, 7:30pm at Panaga Club
Next meeting will be Wednesday 19 of February 2025
Guests are most welcome and Panaga Club membership is not required. OTTERS TMC provides an outlet for interested individuals to improve their communication and leadership skills, in a supportive and positive environment. Our weekly meetings are divided into three parts: a prepared speech session,

a table topics session and an evaluation session. Prepared Speeches: Members of OTTERS TMC will give a prepared speech from the respective selected pathways. Impromptu Session: Members and guests are invited to give a 2 minute impromptu speech allowing them an opportunity to think on their feet. Evaluation Session: Role players will give constructive feedback to the speakers allowing them to learn from their experience and improve for next time.
