孟岚岗中六中心（6th Form Centre Meragang)
Part 1

（2025年7月28日）本会有幸受邀前往孟岚岗中六中心（6th Form Centre Meragang)，举办一场别开生面的中华书法工作坊，让学生们在墨香四溢的氛围中，亲身体验中华文化的魅力。感谢这次出席理事有会长杨镇声，署理会长俞庆在，副会长包平生，理事陈爱珍，方秀妃，方莉莉与郑小玲。

活动吸引约50位师生参与，大家在热烈的互动中学习写春联、练字帖，从一笔一画中感受“静心养性、以字育人”的精神。

感谢校方热情接待，以及副校长Akmal老师、Sahwal老师的大力支持。我们将继续秉持文化交流的使命，把传统艺术带到更多校园，播下文化种子的希望🌱！

🖌️【Bringing Chinese Calligraphy into Schools • Promoting Multicultural Education】

We were honored to be invited by Meragang Sixth Form Centre to conduct a special Chinese Calligraphy Workshop — an immersive cultural experience filled with the beauty of ink and brush.

Around 50 teachers and students participated enthusiastically, learning to write spring couplets and basic calligraphy strokes. Through each brush movement, they experienced the calm, discipline, and elegance embedded in this traditional art.

Special thanks to the school’s warm hospitality, and to Vice Principals Teacher Akmal and Teacher Sahwal for their wonderful support. We will continue its mission to bring cultural education into schools and nurture appreciation for heritage arts.

🖌️【文协书法交流活动】
汶莱中华书画文化协会于7月27日，在临巴“思源厅”进行书法交流活动，多位书法爱好者参与书写活动。

活动由副会长包平生与沈仁样主持，任玉影老师指导，大家尝试现场挥毫泼墨、交流学习心得，气氛温馨又热烈。

这次交流不仅提升了学员们的书法技巧，也进一步加深了大家对中华文化的认识。文协将持续推广书法艺术，欢迎更多朋友一同感受墨香之美！

🖌️【Calligraphy Exchange】

On July 27, new Chinese Calligraphy and Chinese Painting Cultural Society held a calligraphy exchange activity at “ShiYuan
Hall” in Kg Rimba, attracting many calligraphy enthusiasts.

The event was hosted by Vice Presidents Vincent Pao and Mr Sim. Participants practiced calligraphy on-site, exchanged learning experiences, and showcased their works in a warm and lively atmosphere.

The session not only helped improve participants’ calligraphy skills but also deepened their understanding of Chinese culture. The Association will continue to promote calligraphy and invite more people to experience the beauty of ink and brush!

【墨香共韻·文化交流會圓滿舉行】

于7月14日晚，在观念集团大楼举办了一場別開生面的“墨香共韻”文化交流晚宴，特邀中國駐汶萊特命全權大使肖建國閣下出席擔任主賓。活動現場墨香四溢，雅韻滿堂，充分展現中華傳統文化的魅力。

交流會內容豐富多彩，除了書畫展示外，還特別安排了多項非遺文化體驗環節，包括在汶萊初次體驗的自制漆扇、象棋公會主席陳仙福與大使展開象棋對弈、茶道品茗等，讓所有參與者親身感受到中華文化的深厚底蘊與獨特韻味。

活動現場也有精彩的歌唱節目，現場墨韻揮毫，為交流會增添了溫馨與喜悅的氛圍。此次文化交流不僅加深了中汶兩國人民的情誼，也促進了本地民眾對中華優秀傳統文化的認識與喜愛。

我們期待未來繼續通過書畫為媒，搭建文化橋梁，讓墨香傳情，韻味流長。

“Ink and Harmony” Cultural Exchange Event Successfully Held

New Chinese Calligraphy and Chinese Painting Cultural Society recently hosted a vibrant cultural exchange event titled “Ink and Harmony”, with the esteemed presence of H.E. Xiao Jianguo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Brunei, as the Guest of Honour.

The event was rich in cultural elements, featuring live demonstrations and hands-on experiences of traditional Chinese intangible cultural heritage, including handcrafted lacquer fans, Chinese chess, and tea ceremony. Attendees were invited to immerse themselves in these cultural practices, gaining a deeper appreciation for the elegance and depth of Chinese heritage.

Adding to the atmosphere were several musical performances, which brought warmth and joy to the occasion.

This cultural exchange not only deepened the bonds between China and Brunei but also fostered greater understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture among the local community. The association looks forward to continuing to use calligraphy and painting as a bridge to promote cultural connection, letting the fragrance of ink and charm of tradition resonate far and wide.
