On Monday, May 4th, just a few days before the official launch of our 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗠𝗼𝗶 platform, our team held the Peer Coaches Onboarding Session, marking a key milestone in the journey from vision to action.

The session was led by Espérant Gada , Executive Director of NAYLDIS, who shared the organization’s mission, values, and expectations, and reaffirmed our commitment to building a peer‑coaching ecosystem rooted in l𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁.

During the onboarding, our Peer Coaches were:

-Introduced to NAYLDIS’ vision, mission, and core values
-Oriented on the URYP (Under‑Represented Youth Pathways) program
-Guided through their roles, responsibilities, and ethical commitments
-Introduced to the CoachMoi platform, now live, and its use as the primary tool for coaching, communication, and reporting
-Walked through expectations around professional conduct, confidentiality, collaboration, and accountability

This session set the tone for a shared journey built on trust, clarity, and purpose. As CoachMoi officially launches, our Peer Coaches are now equipped not only with tools, but with a clear understanding of the responsibility they carry in supporting young Africans across their academic, professional, and entrepreneurial journeys.

Yesterday was about alignment.
Today is about action.

Together, we are building more than a platform. We are building a movement of peers supporting peers across Africa.

𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗠𝗼𝗶 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆!

We are proud to launch 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗠𝗼𝗶, a free Pan‑African peer‑coaching and youth employability platform designed to support young Africans navigating academic, professional, and entrepreneurial journeys by connecting them with the guidance, skills, and opportunities they need.

Built by NAYLDIS under the 𝗨𝗥𝗬𝗣 (Under‑Represented Youth Pathways) program and in partnership with Africa Career Networks (ACN), 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗠𝗼𝗶 was created in response to one simple reality: 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁.

With 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗠𝗼𝗶, young people can now:
🤝 Be automatically matched with qualified Peer Coaches based on their needs and goals

🎓 Access structured academic and career coaching in scholarships, employability, and entrepreneurship

💼 Receive practical support such as CV reviews, interview preparation, application guidance, and career direction

🧭 Discover learning resources and opportunities to grow personally and professionally, and turn ambition into action

While we had planned to go live earlier, an unexpected situation required a brief pause to ensure a smooth and reliable rollout. In parallel, the 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗠𝗼𝗶 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗢𝗦) are currently 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗯𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 and will be available for download once validation is completed.

This launch marks the beginning of something bigger than a platform. It marks the start of a growing ecosystem rooted in peer support, inclusion, and real opportunity.

✨ To every young African seeking direction.
✨ To every Peer Coach ready to give back.
✨ To every partner who believes in Africa’s potential.
Welcome to 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗠𝗼𝗶. The journey starts today.
