Our focus spans youth leadership, entrepreneurship, personal and professional development, employment, and innovative solutions to social challenges. We provide mentorship, training, and opportunities for young individuals to develop leadership skills and make a positive impact in their communities. Entrepreneurship:

A few days ago, we announced the three winning projects of the 𝗡𝗔𝗬𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗦 𝗖𝗼‐𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Their selection marked the end of a rigorous process, but more importantly, the beginning of a new chapter. Over the coming days, we will spotlight the selected projects, their visions, and areas of impact.

Let’s start with 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲: a project from Sierra Leone working to transform the teaching and learning experience through technology.

Let’s start with 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲: a project from Sierra Leone working to transform the teaching and learning experience through technology.

Founded by a 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 and 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 from Freetown, EduBridge springs from the passion of three educators who saw firsthand the challenges faced by teachers in under-resourced schools. From overcrowded classrooms to time-consuming administrative tasks and limited communication with parents, many teachers are expected to do more with less.

Their response? 𝗔𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁.
Through EduBridge, teachers can:
• Generate curriculum-aligned lesson plans with AI support
• Track attendance and student progress more efficiently
• Improve communication with parents through multilingual messaging
• Access simple data and insights to support better learning outcomes

What makes EduBridge particularly unique is that it was designed with the realities of Sierra Leonean schools in mind. It works in low-resource environments and aims to make quality teaching support accessible to more educators.

The $1,000 grant from the NAYLDIS Co-Creation Fund will help the Team pilot the platform across Freetown schools.

We are thrilled to announce that NAYLDIS has officially partnered with KYA-Energy GROUP, 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗼'𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝟵𝟬𝟬𝟭:𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟱-𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆, to open new doors for young people through our 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿-𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝗨𝗥𝗬𝗣).

Signed in at KYA-Energy GROUP's headquarters, this partnership activates two independent tracks of :

• 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸: paid internships hosted by KYA-Energy GROUP
• 𝗩𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸: certified vocational training in renewable energy

Whether a young person needs 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 or 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, this partnership gives them a direct path forward.

On September 8, 2026, NAYLDIS had the privilege of hosting a delegation from the 𝗦𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 at C3E, on the campus of the University of Abomey-Calavi, as part of the 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 program.

It was a day of discovery, dialogue, and peer learning - a reminder of what becomes possible when organizations committed to social change sit together, share experiences, and learn from one another.

Some coaches show up. Others show up and go the extra mile. 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗰𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗶𝗺𝗮 is the latter.

For the second consecutive month, Rebecca has been named 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 on CoachMoi, and she has more than earned it.

In August, Rebecca:
1. Completed 𝟴 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
2. Submitted 𝟭 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝗼𝗳-𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 covering her overall work for the month

But what made August truly special was the 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲 she went for our community. Rebecca took on a particularly meaningful responsibility this month: 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼-𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 in drafting their business plans, building their Business Model Canvas, and preparing for their final pitch. That is coaching that goes beyond the platform and directly shapes the future of young African innovators.

We said it was the last one. It was not.

We know, we know. Last week, we introduced our final jury member for the NAYLDIS Co-Creation Fund 2026. And then... one more showed up. And honestly, we could not be happier about it.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲, the newest addition to the Co-Creation Fund 2026 Jury.

Aldred is an entrepreneur, business consultant, and youth development expert with deep experience at the intersection of entrepreneurship, agri-food systems, innovation, and impact-driven programs across Africa and Europe.

An 𝗔𝗻𝘇𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 Alumnus and 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝘁𝗱., he has led agribusiness initiatives working with over 350 smallholder farmers and supported the rollout of 5,000 model farms within the GDIZ - Glo-Djigbe Industrial Zone in Benin. He has collaborated with leading institutions including the 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆, 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮, 𝗝𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗮, and 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝗴𝗮, while supporting young entrepreneurs and early-stage founders across the continent.

His expertise spans 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, and 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 — a combination that makes him exceptionally well positioned to evaluate the feasibility, innovation, and impact potential of the projects submitted to the Co-Creation Fund 2026.

We are pleased to introduce the final jury member of the NAYLDIS Co-Creation Fund 2026: 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗷𝗶𝗸𝗼

Lucien is the 𝗖𝗼-𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵, an agritech startup leveraging 𝗴𝗲𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 to improve agricultural sourcing and market access in West Africa. His work focuses on 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 while promoting data-driven decision-making across agricultural value chains. He is also an 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝘂𝘀 of the 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘆-𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗶

Passionate about 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁, Lucien is also deeply committed to supporting the next generation of African innovators through mentorship, collaboration, and ecosystem development.

He brings to the jury a strong blend of 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, and a genuine understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing young African project leaders.
