Growth means learning to overcome challenges. Leadership is not about giving orders, but about serving, guiding, and creating opportunities for others.

The greatest enemies of service are self-doubt, pride, and exhaustion. Yet we heal when we accept our humanity, listen to others, lead by example, and prepare the next generation to continue after us.
