✨ Wrapping up a week of learning & inspiration in Varna! ✨

From 23 to 29 June, Фондация Оренда/Orenda Foundation brought together youth workers from across Europe for “Empowering trainers in non-formal education”, a 7-day training full of fresh ideas, creative methods, and new connections. Twenty four inspiring participants from Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Poland, Croatia, and North Macedonia shared experiences, explored innovative non-formal education methods, and strengthened their skills in working with young people. 💡🌍

We’re happy that MedArterranean could be part of this journey as a partner, supporting opportunities that help youth work grow and thrive. 🙌

We’re excited to announce that MedArterranean is a partner in the upcoming Erasmus+ training course: “Train the Trainer: Empowering Trainers in NFE”!

📆When: 22–30 June 2025
📍Where: Varna, Bulgaria

This 7-day international training is designed for youth workers at the beginning of their facilitation journey. Through dynamic, hands-on sessions, participants will explore the core principles of non-formal education (NFE), strengthen key facilitation skills, and grow the confidence needed to create meaningful learning experiences.

🙋‍♀️Who: Motivated youth workers (18+) from Greece and 5 other countries: Romania, North Macedonia, Poland, Croatia, and Bulgaria.

💰Travel costs: 100% covered up to 309 (non-green) or 417 (green travel)

🍽️ Food: 100% covered by the program

🏢 Accommodation: Shared double rooms, located on the campus of the Private University of Management, just a short walk from the city centre.

Organised by Orenda Foundation with support from Erasmus+, this is a unique opportunity to develop your trainer competencies and receive a Youthpass certificate upon completion.
