Main goals of the Association of Scientists, Artists and Sportsmen are:
1. To protect freedom, dignity, peace and confidence of citizens and their civil rights and people with Bulgarian self-consciousness abroad;
3. To implement civilian control over the legality of the actions of municipal and state administration, municipal councils, MPs and the judiciary;
4. Support local authorities in the
ir efforts to achieve sustainable development and creating a favorable business environment in the community;
5. To promote the region and draw in national and foreign investment;
6. To do research and development in energy and natural resources, renewable energy, energy efficiency and combat climate change;
7. To enhance applying the programs of energy efficiency and the use of new renewable energy sources in all sectors of life, including the transport;
8. To enhance all the forms of innovation, including the eco-innovation.
9. Development of information society and information space in Bulgaria and help citizens of all backgrounds to benefit from the information society;
10. To Protect the knowledge of the European cultural heritage, as enhancing and
dissemination of cultural works and works of art and enhancing intercultural dialogue;
11. Performing research into Bulgarian people in the context of ethno-cultural, religious, linguistic, socio-economic processes in the Eurasian region from ancient times;
12. To contribute to a sense of European cultural identity based on comprehension and respect for human rights and democracy, and enhancing tolerance and respect for other people and cultures;
13. Development and popularization of achievements of science, sports, arts and culture among the community;
14. To explore the experience of other countries and to implement innovations in the development and popularization of science, sports, arts and culture in Bulgaria;
15. To discover, develop and support the realization of talents in science, sports, arts and culture;
16. To maintain physical, mental and social well-being in people, developing their health culture;
17. To comply and impose ethical standards of the European society in science, sports, arts and culture in our country;
18. To develop meaningful social sciences, sports and artistic activities;
19. Reducing economic and social inequality at local and regional level through investment in education of human capital for development of institutional capacity;
20. Development of quality lifelong learning (LLP) and promote high efficiency, innovation and European dimension in systems and practices;
21. To Encourage participation of people in the program LLP regardless of their age, social and physical condition, regardless of their social background;
22. To enhance, maintain and develop initiatives among the Bulgarian diaspora in science, sports, arts and culture;
23. To Support and develop the idea of an encouraging inventions and discoveries in the frames of the EU Fifth freedom - that of the free movement of knowledge, including greater mobility of students, teachers and researchers;
24. To contribute to develop the society and the economy able to produce, protect, share knowledge and sell in the international markets- knowledge economy, as a new measure of prosperity;
25. To Support and develop democratic equality, representative democracy and democracy of participation;
