Образователен център ЕНЕРДЖИ е създаден в подкрепа на личностното развитие на всяко дете чрез иновативни методи и социално-емоционални умения.
Общностен център КОМПАС - Варна е създаден в партньорство с ООН в подкрепа на лица от уязвими групи. Ние сме Невяна «N», Ружа «R» и Галя «G» и създадохме сдружение ЕНЕРДЖИ (NRG) за осъществяване на общественополезна дейност. Името ни се появи естествено, с
ъчетавайки целенасочената и концентрираната ни енергия да случваме стойностни неща.
Имаме идеите, имаме подкрепата, имаме желанието и реализираме проекти, които оставят трайна следа.
Концентрирани сме в четири насоки:
1. Социалната интеграция и личностна реализация на лица от уязвими групи.
2. Насърчаване на качественото образование и ученето през целия живот. Развитие и утвърждаване на добрите практики в областта на науката, културата и образованието.
3. Повишаване на екологичното съзнание на гражданското общество, както и съдействие за трансформация от линейна към кръгова икономика и устойчиво развитие.
4. Прилагане на платформени подходи за внедряване на технологични решения и цифрова трансформация. Подкрепа за развитието и прилагането на информационните и комуникационни технологии (ИКТ).

ENERGY Association (NRG) is a non-governmental organization created by volunteers in Varna - Bulgaria, partner of the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR Bulgaria). In 2024, Community Centre Varna - part of the Bulgarian Network of Protection and Inclusion Centres COMPASS, was established at the initiative of the UN Refugee Agency – UNHCR Bulgaria by the ENERGY Association in support of vulnerable groups, persons seeking protection and refugees, regardless of their nationality. The partner organizations at the COMPASS - Bulgarian Red Cross, Energy Association (NRG), and Foundation for access to rights (FAR), provide free services for socio-economic inclusion:
• Psychosocial support: Individual and group consultations, information seminars with psychologists; social support and consultations by social workers.
• Support for obtaining health services: Providing information and facilitating access to basic medical examinations and treatment.
• Legal aid.
• Social activities: Organizing various social events and activities to promote integration and interaction between refugees and the local community.
• Cultural and sports activities: Holding cultural or sports events, festivals, exhibitions, musical performances, sports activities to promote diversity and mutual understanding.
• Support for children and parents: Family psychological consultations, ART workshops with children and parents.
• Educational activities: INTEGRICO - Educational support for children for integration into the Bulgarian education system. Preparation for enrollment in first grade. Homework assistance and adaptation to the Bulgarian curriculum. Summer educational programs that combine academic and cultural activities. Provision of training and courses for learning the Bulgarian language, culture and history of Bulgaria.
