In August my very good friend Jackie Rafferty lost her fight with cancer, leaving her two dogs in desperate need of a new home.
Bailey is a 5 year old female Labrador and Frankie is just under 3 years old. Both rescue from the streets when young pups. They are currently still at the house and being fed and looked after by friends and neighbours but this is only a short term solution.
They live mainly in the garden with access to the house. They are happy on short walks or just lazing around the garden. They are both easy going and very friendly with all people and the street dogs which live outside their garden. Frankie is more sensitive and is scared of thunderstorms and does not like being walked near main roads. Cars and vans are ok but lorries are scary.
They just need a safe place to relax, eat and be loved.
If anyone has space in their heart and home for them of know of a charity UK, Germany, Bulgaria that can help please contact me.
Lorraine Pell.
