The Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) are a growing ecosystem with a big and important role in societal development. We, at Junior Achievement Bulgaria are supporting students and young professionals who are motivated to develop business models related to the Cultural and Creative Industries through the entrepreneurial content created within Cultural Bees.
At the beginning of December 2025, Junior Achievement Bulgaria delivered a dedicated Cultural Bees teacher training, equipping 10 educators with the tools and methodology to guide their students through cultural and tourism-focused entrepreneurial learning.
During the training, the JA team presented the full Cultural Bees learning pathway, showing how students’ progress from curiosity to certification:
🔹 Register on the Cultural Bees platform
🔹 Join a learning group with a teacher-provided access code
🔹 Complete learning modules and quizzes, integrating entrepreneurial mindset and sector-specific knowledge
🔹 Apply learning through hands-on experiences, linked to culture and tourism
🔹 Earn a Cultural Bees Certificate, validating skills and engagement
Beyond platform navigation, the training highlighted how entrepreneurship, culture, and tourism intersect—and how schools can turn these topics into meaningful, practice-oriented learning experiences. Special focus was placed on entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, and the real-world application of ideas within cultural and touristic industries.
Cultural Bees empowers students to see culture not only as heritage, but as opportunity—for innovation, initiative, and future careers.
