Asimina Stathi from Greece 🇬🇷

Meet Asimina, a Young Digital Diplomat representing Greece in the eGov4Youth project.

With experience as an international flight attendant and now supporting European projects through EILD, Asimina has developed strong communication, adaptability, and intercultural skills.

Her experience working with people from diverse backgrounds helps her connect with young people, encourage participation, and promote inclusive dialogue in digital governance.

Meet Andrea Constantinidou from Cyprus 🇨🇾✨

Andrea holds a background in Mechanical Engineering, Programme & Project Management, and is currently completing a second Master’s degree in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

With experience in logistics, EU co-funded projects, and FinTech project management, she is passionate about digital transformation and innovation that improve people’s everyday lives.

As part of the Cypriot mission in the eGov4Youth project, Andrea explored how e-government can make public services more accessible, transparent, efficient, and citizen-focused.

Her visit to Estonia gave her the opportunity to experience first-hand how digital innovation can reduce bureaucracy, strengthen trust between citizens and the state, and create smarter public services for the future.

Meet Viktoria, an inspiring 18-year-old student from Varna, graduating this May from a Mathematics High School 🎓

Beyond her academic achievements, Viktoria has been actively involved as a volunteer in numerous public events—from sports tournaments and international competitions to music festivals—organized by the municipality of Varna and other institutions. Through these experiences, she has strengthened her teamwork, communication skills, and sense of responsibility, while building a strong connection with her community.

Looking ahead, she plans to pursue a degree in architecture, with a clear vision: contributing to sustainable urban development and integrating modern technologies—like e-government solutions—into city planning to make public services more accessible and efficient.

As part of the Bulgarian group in the EGOV pilot online training, Viktoria discovered that e-government goes far beyond simply putting services online. For her, it’s about creating secure, efficient, and user-friendly systems that enhance transparency and build trust in public institutions.

💬 When asked about her preferences:
• Online services or paper documents? → “Online services. If I have to print, sign, scan… I’m already emotionally done.”
• Digital ID or physical ID? → “Digital ID. My phone is basically my personality at this point.”

✨ Meet our Young Diplomat: Clelia Spera ()

Clelia Spera is a passionate advocate for youth engagement and civic participation. As an active member of her city’s Youth Forum, she has contributed to initiatives that promote active citizenship among young people and the wider community. #

With a background in digital communication, Clelia has also been involved in impactful volunteering work. She collaborated with an organisation supporting young people with disabilities and autism, helping them access the labour market through training, digital services, and tailored support.

Her experience reflects a strong commitment to bridging the gap between institutions and young citizens—fostering inclusion, participation, and awareness in today’s digital era.

💬 Through the EGOV project, Clelia deepened her understanding of e-government, gaining valuable insights into how digital tools can strengthen democratic participation and make public services more accessible and inclusive.

Final Transnational Partners Meeting for the eGov4Youth project 🇪🇺✨

On March 24th, we gathered in Varna for the final transnational partners meeting, marking an important milestone in our journey. It was a valuable opportunity to reflect on the progress achieved, exchange insights, and strengthen collaboration among all partners involved.

Throughout the meeting, we reviewed key outcomes, discussed the impact of the project, and aligned on the final steps to ensure a successful conclusion. The dedication and teamwork of everyone involved have been essential in bringing this project to life.

As we return from the Easter break, it’s also a moment to recharge and continue moving forward with renewed energy and motivation 🌷🐣

Grateful to have been part of such an inspiring international collaboration focused on empowering youth through e-government initiatives.
