We're delighted to announce the speakers representing the co-organiser of the first BuildSkills Academy Masterclass – FIEC and the European Builders Confederation (EBC).

📢 Join the 5th EPAH Practitioners' Event: Consumer Protection Measures in the Energy Sector

How can consumer protection measures better support households facing energy poverty? What tools and policies are most effective in protecting vulnerable consumers during the energy transition?

The 5th EPAH Practitioners' Event, co-organised by Cleantech Bulgaria and Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (EPAH), will bring together practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders to discuss how consumer protection frameworks can better support vulnerable energy consumers and strengthen resilience across the energy sector. 🌱 Проект ENCOM HUB на

В рамките на Green Transition Forum, който се проведе в София в периода 1–6 юни, беше представен проектът ENCOM HUB – европейска инициатива, реализирана по програма LIFE.

Проектът обединява партньори от България, Италия, Испания и Франция с цел насърчаване на обмена на знания, опит и добри практики за създаване и развитие на енергийни общности.

🔎 Посетителите на форума имаха възможност да научат повече за дейностите и целите на проекта, както и да получат информационни материали. Специален акцент беше поставен върху разработения практически наръчник, който включва полезни инструменти, насоки и успешни примери в подкрепа на развитието на енергийни общности.

📚Академия за Устойчивост - образователна платформа, посветена на темите за устойчивото развитие и зелената трансформация. Част от нея е програмата TRANSFORMATOR 2026, създадена да подпомогне малките и средни предприятия (МСП) и неправителствените организации (НПО) в прехода от традиционни линейни бизнес модели към устойчиви и ориентирани към бъдещето практики.
🧑‍🎓Проект Mastery, който подкрепя интегрирането на микроудостоверения в областта на зелените умения и устойчивостта, като отговаря на нарастващото търсене на възможности за повишаване на квалификацията и преквалификацията в стратегически сектори. Целта е зеленият преход да се превърне в двигател за развитието на бизнеса, икономиката и местните общности.

В рамките на панел за официално откриване на програма “Зелен бизнес и иновации” по Норвежкия финансов механизъм 2021 - 2028, Клийнтех България сподели добри практики и резултати от работата си по програмата, като пример за успешно международно сътрудничество в подкрепа развитието на иновации и устойчиви практики.

🤝 Why is the Pact for Skills important for the future of construction in Europe ?

The green and digital transition is transforming the construction ecosystem at an unprecedented pace. Meeting Europe’s climate and sustainability ambitions will require not only new technologies and materials, but also a workforce equipped with the right skills.

This is why the topic will be at the centre of the first BuildSkills Academy Masterclass in Brussels, organised within the framework of on 18-19 June 2026.

Co-hosted by the European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC), the event will explore how the construction sector can strengthen cooperation between industry, education and policymakers to address skills gaps, support upskilling and reskilling, and prepare professionals for the jobs of tomorrow.
