Dear youth workers, facilitators, trainers and all that works in the field of Nature Based learning, Outdoor Education and Experiential programs in Nature,

The team of Learning for Change Foundation is happy to announce the completion of two educational materials we created in the last 12 months.

Together with our colleagues from Suderbyn Ecovillage & NGO Relearn we adapted the model of Nature Based Map of Human Psyche, developed by Bill Plotkin & Animas Valley Institute, and described it’s use for support of holistic psycho-spiritual development of young people.
In the Manual “THE WAY OF NATURE” we described the model, offered nature-based practices that supports the implementation of it with different target groups and added a Methodology for Assessing and Addressing the Developmental Needs of Youth.
In the second material “The Way of Nature – Session Outlines and Sample Group Programs” we collected a set of Session outlines – guidance for facilitators – how to implement the practices offered in the Manual with participants. We added few examples of Group programs structures that can serve as a backbone of a programs you can adapt and develop by yourself.

Big gratitude to the team of compilers - Ognian Gadoularov (Learning for Change, Bulgaria), Mallach (Relearn, Sweden) and Sara Floman (GEN, Finland).

You can find links to the manuals in the comments.
