Yesterday we met with our selected ECO-Promoters to prepare for the upcoming transnational training in Romania, as part of the ECOIN-4VADU project!

During the meeting, they expressed strong commitment to the project's mission and shared their personal motivation for taking part - "A genuine passion for sustainability and desire to create a real impact in their local community".

The training course itself brings together organizations from Bulgaria, Greece, Spain and Romania, and will focus on:

♻ Environmental education and Circular economy
🌱Ecological education in practice
🤝Non-formal education methods and techniques
📢 Communication strategies for engaging vulnerable adults
🌟Organizing and implementing Awareness Campaigns

Upon completion of the training, our ECO-Promoters will design and run local awareness campaigns for at least 80 vulnerable adults in Bulgaria, including people facing social exclusion, unemployment, or limited access to education.

Through these activities, we aim to raise awareness of sustainability, the circular economy, and the environmental impact of everyday choices, while also supporting participants on their path towards greater social inclusion.

Digital Partnerships for Creative Europe Association took part in the kick-off partner meeting held in Vatra Dornei, Romania, marking the official start of the Eco Inclusion project, funded by Erasmus+ Programme.

The project focuses on adult education activities addressing key topics such as:
♻️ environmental protection
🌱 sustainable development
🌡️ adaptation to climate change

A core value of Eco Inclusion is that the educational resources developed within the project will remain open and freely accessible even after the project’s completion.

Thanks to the strong partnership with the project coordinator from Romania, as well as our colleagues from Greece and Spain, the project results will have a pan-European impact. They will be widely disseminated among diverse target groups, including schools, vocational training centres, and adult education organisations.

Stay tuned for the project news, where eco-ambassadors will be recruited and trained.
