Aspiration and desire for safety when we are at our work places, in public or when we are at home. Safety and Security can be seen in a much broader sense: striving for financial security, security in terms of our life and health, the health of our relatives, safety in our work, our social position. Society and Safety Foundation aim: the citizens of the Republic of Bulgaria to change their attit
udes and perceptions towards security and safety as well their attitudes to the workers in the MoI who care for their safety and whose duty is to ensure it. The main objective of the Society and Safety Foundation is to change the meaning and the content of the concept for 'safety and security' and citizens to begin to understand security and safety as a basic need, which if not satisfied hinders their personal development. To define the term "civil security" and actively communicates the lack of security and hinders the development of civil society. The second component in terms of the concept of "security and safety" and communication with citizens is to change attitudes and to raise the awareness that the quality of the "security" depends on the actions and omissions of each citizen of the Republic of Bulgaria. In addition to the main goal of the Foundation, is to develop skills and increase knowledge of workers in the Ministry of Interior, and in the longer term, when the Security Sector will be defined to work with employees in other organizations and institutions in the Sector.
