🚀 IN-BOUND Project Update: Key Milestones & Upcoming Workshop

On October 14, 2026, the IN-BOUND project partners came together for another engaging online meeting to align on their latest progress and next steps!

During the session, the consortium focused on three major priorities:
• IN-BOUND Toolkit Development: Advancing the creation of the IN-BOUND Toolkit for career counsellors and VET teachers and trainers to support youth professionals.
• Online Platform Integration: Strategizing how to seamlessly integrate the project's core results and deliverables into the official IN-BOUND online platform https://www.in-bound.eu/
• Capacity Building Workshop: Preparing for the upcoming interactive workshop designed to empower educators, trainers, and career guidance experts.

Together, they remain dedicated to bringing practical, Industry 5.0-aligned career guidance tools directly to young VET graduates, educators, and career counsellors across Europe!

🚀 After months of hard work, the STEAM Forward MOOC is ready! In the coming weeks, we will focus on peer review, feedback from external experts, and final refinements, while the e-learning platform continues to take shape.

🎓 What can teachers expect from then STEAM Forward MOOC?
The free, open-access course offers 4 practical modules and 60 hours of flexible, self-paced learning, designed for primary, secondary and VET teachers who want to integrate STEAM education and career guidance into their teaching.

The course covers four key areas:
🔹 Module 1: STEAM Foundations and Teacher Competence Development – Building teachers' understanding of interdisciplinary STEAM education and strengthening their confidence and competences to deliver engaging learning experiences.
🔹 Module 2: Project-Based Learning in STEAM – Applying hands-on projects, design thinking, creative problem-solving and real-world challenges to make STEAM learning meaningful.
🔹 Module 3: STEAM Career Guidance – Helping students discover their strengths, explore STEAM careers, develop career management skills and make informed educational and career choices.
🔹 Module 4: Inclusive STEAM, Mentoring and Belonging Strategies – Creating inclusive learning environments, challenging stereotypes, supporting diverse learners and using mentoring to strengthen participation and belonging.

💡 Our goal: To equip teachers with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to deliver inspiring, inclusive STEAM education, connect classroom learning with future careers and help every student recognise their potential.

The MOOC combines short lessons, videos, interactive exercises, real-world examples and practical assignments, complemented by ready-to-use resources for teachers, students and parents.

🏅 Each successfully completed module will lead to a micro-credential recognising the competencies acquired.

✨ One step closer to making STEAM education and career guidance more accessible, practical and inclusive across Europe.

On 9 October, the Digistainability team gathered to review the achievements of the pilot phase across all partner countries! 🌍 The partners evaluated the implementation of the micro-credentials and discussed the key outcomes achieved so far. 📊

Looking ahead, the team meticulously planned the upcoming multiplier events, where interested participants from all partner countries will soon be invited to join and engage with the project results. 🎉
