🗳️ Election Day at the Youth Assembly
One of the most important moments of the Assembly was the election of our new Coordination Committee for the next two years!

We are happy to announce our newly elected team:
🔹 Chair – Steli (Bulgarian Red Cross)
🔸 Members – Fabio (Italian RC), Ani (Armenian RC), Maartje (Netherlands RC) & Maksym (Ukrainian RC)

Together, we are starting a new chapter, with priorities, teamwork and a strong commitment to youth engagement across our region. The work begins now! ✨

Our Assembly started with a powerful day dedicated to Humanitarian Diplomacy, where our delegates explored how to advocate, negotiate and represent humanitarian values in complex contexts. 🫶🏻

We started the day with an opening session and inspiring guest speakers, followed by a panel interview that helped us dive deeper into the foundations of humanitarian diplomacy. Later, we experienced a full role-play simulation, stepping into real-life diplomatic scenarios and applying what we learned in practice. The day also gave us the chance to connect with participants from across the region for the very first time, a great beginning to our shared journey 🚀

💬 This day reminded us that youth are not just participants, we are actors in humanitarian diplomacy.
