Вчера бе публикуван Годишният доклад на UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network за устойчиво развитие.

Как се представя България според резултатите от него:

📌Страната ни запазва като цяло постигнатите през миналата година резултат и място в индекса.

📈Ако трендът се запази, до 2030 г. България ще постигне Цели 1 и 15.

📉В същото време продължава неуспехът в усилията и постигнато по отношение на Цел 10 (Намаляване на неравенствата), като ниският резултат е както спрямо коефициент на Джини (Gini coefficient) така и спрямо съотношението Палма (Palma ratio).

🗣️Днес бе публикувано 11-то издание на Годишния доклад на SDSN за устойчиво развитие!

📌Тазгодишният доклад за устойчиво развитие призовава за по-силно прилагане на Цели за устойчиво развитие (ЦУР) и подновено глобално сътрудничество, тъй като светът навлиза в последните години от Програмата до 2030 г. и започва да полага основите за рамка след 2030 г.

📌Докладът включва Индекса и детайли данни за ЦУР, класиращи всички държави членки на ООН по 17-те Глобални цели, както и Индекса на подкрепата на държавите за многостранността, основана на ООН (UN-Mi), който проследява ангажираността на държавите със системата на ООН.

📢 Now available: The 11th edition of the Sustainable Development Report (SDR)!

Published by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN)’s SDG Transformation Center, the SDR 2026 tracks and ranks the performance of all UN Member States on the Sustainable Development Goals ( ).

This year’s report highlights key priorities for the next decades of sustainable development and includes the 𝘚𝘋𝘎 𝘐𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘹 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘣𝘰𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴, the 𝘐𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘹 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴’ 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘜𝘕-𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘔𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘮 (UN-Mi), and two new surveys focused on government efforts for the SDGs, challenges, and means for implementation.

The SDR 2026 finds that progress on the SDGs remains significantly off track, with only 16% of targets projected to be achieved by the deadline. Yet, the vast majority of UN Member States remain committed to the SDG framework.

Other key takeaways:
🔷 European countries again top the Index — Finland leads this year’s SDG Index, followed by Sweden ( #2) and Denmark ( #3).
🔷 East and South Asia have recorded the strongest advances on the SDGs. Among major economies, India (+18) and China (+14) show the largest rank improvements.
🔷 Goals related to cities, the environment, sustainable agri-food systems, and peace are particularly off-track.
🔷 Barbados again ranks first in commitment to UN-based multilateralism, while the United States ranks last for the third consecutive year.
🔷 Strengthening implementation is the defining priority for the next era of sustainable development.

🗣️María Cortés Puch, Vice President for SDSN Europe and Networks, visited the University of National and World Economy (UNWE/УНСС), where she was warmly welcomed by Prof. Dr Dimitar Dimitrov, Rector of UNWE and Co-Chair of SDSN Bulgaria, and Assoc. Prof. D.Sс. Michael Musov, Co-Chair of SDSN Bulgaria.

📌Ms Cortés Puch was in 🇧🇬Bulgaria as a member of the ENGAGE.EU International Advisory Board, whose meeting was hosted by the UNWE in Sofia on 11–12 May 2026.

📌A central topic of the meeting was the future of sustainable development beyond 2030. The participants discussed how universities can contribute not only through education and research, but also through policy dialogue, student engagement, institutional transformation, and partnerships with public institutions, business, and civil society.

📌The meeting reaffirmed the shared understanding that universities have a crucial role to play by advancing knowledge, fostering dialogue, and serving as living laboratories for sustainable development.

🗣️Проф. Джон Туейтс, председател на 🇦🇺🇳🇿SDSN Australia, New Zealand and Pacific, бе официален гост на 🇧🇬SDSN България.

🏛️По време на посещението си и по случай 106-годишнината на University of National and World Economy (UNWE/УНСС), който координира SDSN Bulgaria, проф. Туейтс изнесе публична лекция на тема „Нетни нулеви емисии в кампуса: Университетите като живи лаборатории за климатични действия“.

👥Проф. Туейтс дискутира със съпредседателите на SDSN Bulgaria проф. Димитър Димитров, ректор на УНСС, и доц. д.н. Михаил Мусов, Програма 2030 г. и приноса на SDSN към нея.

🗣️На 27–28 март в University of National and World Economy (UNWE/УНСС) успешно се проведе международният хакатон SpaceHACK for Sustainability 2026. Основен организатор на събитието е Arizona State University, а съорганизатори от българска страна са Националната мрежа за решения за устойчиво развитие SDSN Bulgaria и PMI Bulgaria Chapter.

👥 Доц. д.н. Михаил Мусов – съпредседател на SDSN Bulgaria, откри събитието в България. Той поздрави участниците от името на проф. д-р Димитър Димитров – ректор на УНСС и съпредседател на SDSN Bulgaria, както и от свое име, като подчерта, че подобни инициативи, които изискват критично и аналитично мислене и стимулират разработването на иновативни решения на актуални обществени предизвикателства, изграждат студентите като отговорни и ангажирани бъдещи лидери.

👉🏻 В събитието се включиха над 500 студенти от пет университета: Arizona State University – САЩ, УНСС, CY Cergy Paris University – Франция, Universidad Espíritu Santo (UEES) и Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) – Еквадор, сред които и 25 студенти от УНСС.

🛰️През двата дни на международното състезание участниците използваха различни сателитни данни, за да търсят решения на проблеми, свързани с климатичните промени в Алпите, веригите за доставки с нулеви емисии и развитието на крайбрежните градове.
