We are proud to announce that the Arbitration and Mediation Center (AMC) at the Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce has been officially registered! ⚖️

Following its foundation in 2024, the Center has successfully met the requirements of the new Arbitration Act. On April 27, 2026, the Minister of Justice issued the official Ordinance for its inclusion in the Ministry’s special Register.

What makes the BSCC Arbitration and Mediation Center unique?

📌 Exclusive Institutional Status: We are the only permanent arbitration institution in Bulgaria officially registered by a bilateral chamber.
📌 Diverse Expertise: Unlike traditional institutions where arbitrators are exclusively lawyers, our list includes experts with significant business experience across multiple industries, ensuring deep sector-specific insight.
📌 International Benchmarking: We are the only institution in the country with a major presence of foreign arbitrators, specifically bringing world-class Swiss expertise to the Bulgarian legal landscape.

This achievement marks a significant step forward in providing businesses with a modern, efficient, and internationally-oriented platform for dispute resolution.
