The Coffee Association of Bulgaria is a non-governmental organization, founded by independent coffee professionals with the sole mission of improving the professional level and standards in the coffee industry. Due to our vision and mission as an association we believe that the following goals will help us improve the coffee experience in Bulgaria:
• Increase accessibility to reliable coffee info
rmation: in that way we will be able to enrich the mass consumer’s knowledge about coffee. Is important to obtain it from sources that are trustful and that provide correct facts.
• Improve the expertise: Training and certification of professionals in the HORECA industry according to the international coffee standards. Improving the market is about increasing professionalism through training under international standards.
• Increase the number of members: by offering different instruments. Attracting more members form part of our goals, because we believe that with our sources we can keep working together for our purpose.
• Help coffee shops and restaurants all around the country to work according to the international coffee practices and have aligned standards. Working under the same information, practices and standards, allow us to increase the culture faster and to create a bigger impact as all our partners will be working under aligned information.
• Open training programs: implementing programs for professionals and coffee lovers all over the country. Another way to follow our purpose is to offer courses and/or trainings as this helps to provide same information to every interested business or person
