Happy to share that our project has officially come to an end, looking back at our last transnational project meeting in Spain this June 🇪🇸.

During this final meeting, we reflected on our achievements, assessed the impact of our work, and explored sustainability actions to ensure the project’s results live on. 🔎

Truly grateful for everything we accomplished together and excited to see what the future holds. 👀🥳

At , our partners from spent a day introducing our project and talking with students about real-life skills and challenges.

Through simple exercises from the handbook, everyone had a chance to reflect and speak up —
what they’re good at,
what they find difficult,
and what steps they might take to get better.

Some came up with clear action plans. Others shared how they rely on friends for support or how they’d like to try something new.

They’ll join us again at the next local event to share what’s changed since. We’re glad to follow the journey.

Speaking of events, stay tuned, because is once again preparing something for you!

In April we carried out another local activity in Spain within the RISE project ✨

This project supports secondary school students (grades 11-12) who move to new cities or countries to study or work. Our aim is to facilitate a successful transition, helping them to adapt to their new environment, develop personally and, in the future, return to their communities with new experiences and learning 🌍🎓💼.

During this activity, we reflect on the challenges and opportunities that youth migration brings, explore tools to strengthen resilience and a sense of community, and share inspiring ideas to support other young people on their journey.

🇪🇺 This project is funded by the EU Erasmus+ programme and coordinated by .i.a in collaboration with and

We keep growing together! 💪🌱

🎬 A glimpse into the activity at Училище Леонардо да Винчи / Leonardo Da Vinci school of Ruse, lead by our partner Loesje Bulgaria

They introduced our project, the Erasmus+ programme and got everyone thinking and sharing 🌟

🧠 Participants talked about skills – what they are good at and what they are not so confident in.

📖They used different exercises from the project booklet to guide the conversation, so the students shared openly:
✨ Their strengths
🌱 Areas they want to improve
🗺️ Ideas like making a detailed action plan, and asking friends for help and support

Their plan?
📅 At the next local event, they’ll tell us how they’ve progressed

🤗 Take 15–30 Minutes a Day to Transform Your Emotional Well-Being.
📗 Journaling is more than just writing—it's a safe space for reflection, healing, and personal growth. With just a notebook and pen, you can start exploring your emotions, setting goals, and identifying patterns in your thoughts and behaviors. 💭
📶By putting your feelings into words, journaling helps reduce stress, improve clarity, and build resilience. Whether you're reflecting on a peaceful moment or exploring your goals and fears, each page brings you closer to self-awareness.
Try these beginner prompts:
🔵What are three things I'm grateful for today?
🔵Describe a moment today when I felt truly at peace.
🔵What challenges did I face today, and how did I handle them?

♻️ From Stress to Strength – A Simple Reflection Activity
Grab a sheet of paper and fold it into three equal parts. Think back to a time when you felt really stressed or overwhelmed.
🔵 Left section: Draw yourself in the middle of the stressful moment – how did you feel? What was going on?
🔵Middle section: Show the steps you took to get better – maybe you talked to someone, took action, or practiced self-care.
🔵Right section: Draw yourself after the situation was resolved – calmer, stronger, and more at peace.
This exercise helps you see how far you’ve come and reminds you that difficult moments are part of the journey, not the end!

🧠 Feeling overwhelmed with worries? Try the Worry Tree!
This simple yet powerful CBT technique helps you break free from anxious thoughts by guiding you through a mindful decision-making process.

❓ 2. Can I do something about it?

The third and final local event of the RISE project in Romania 🇷🇴 was the perfect way to wrap up our journey. 🥳

🎓 We gathered in Cluj-Napoca with students from diverse backgrounds to explore how we can enhance our wellbeing while staying engaged with the world around us.

Through creative community-building activities, discovering our Ikigai, and designing our own NGOs based on the causes we care about, we took meaningful steps together on this path.

🙏 A heartfelt thank you to all the participants for their energy and active involvement, and to for their valuable support in organizing the event.

🇪🇺 We’re also grateful to the Faculty of European Studies () for generously providing the venue.
