πŸ‡·πŸ‡Έ Welcome to , another stop on our youth exchange through CulturEU!

Serbian culture has a powerful way of bringing people together.

Sometimes around a table. Sometimes around a fire. Sometimes over coffee that lasts much longer than expected. β˜•

During A New Taste of CulturEU!, the Serbian experience will focus strongly on outdoor traditions, teamwork and community storytelling.

Participants will discover how simple shared experiences, cooking together, exchanging stories or completing outdoor challenges, can create trust between people who may have met only days before.

Because cultural heritage is not only something we inherit.

It is something we experience together.

πŸ‡²πŸ‡° Our cultural journey continues with !

A meeting point of different traditions and historical influences, North Macedonia offers the perfect example of how cultures rarely exist in isolation. 🌍

Food, music, language and customs evolve because people meet, exchange ideas and influence one another.

And that is exactly what Erasmus+ youth exchanges are about.

Within A New Taste of CulturEU!, the North Macedonian team will bring a particularly important perspective to the project, youth activism, equality and combating stereotypes.

Because discovering another culture should not stop at learning what people eat or how they celebrate.

It should also encourage us to question assumptions, listen to different experiences and become more open-minded.

One more country. One more perspective. πŸ‡²πŸ‡°

πŸ‡·πŸ‡΄ Next on our CulturEU youth exchange, !

Romanian culture is often found around the table, in small villages, in stories told by grandparents and in traditions that continue to live from one generation to another. 🌾🍞

During A New Taste of CulturEU!, Romania will become a space to explore the connection between rural heritage and social inclusion.

Because culture can do much more than preserve the past.

It can create belonging.
It can give communities a voice.
And it can bring people from completely different backgrounds together.

Our participants will transform rural traditions and community stories into photos, videos and digital narratives, giving local heritage a new European audience.

πŸ‡§πŸ‡¬ First stop in our cultural youth exchange, !

From freshly baked banitsa and the scent of roses to traditional Horo dances, Bulgarian culture is full of traditions that bring people together. πŸŒΉπŸ’ƒ

But A New Taste of CulturEU! is about more than discovering traditions.

Throughout the project, young people from Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and North Macedonia will use culture, gastronomy and digital storytelling to explore one important question:

✨ How can our differences bring us closer instead of dividing us?

For the Bulgarian team, digital storytelling and creative media will play an important role in turning traditions into stories that can travel far beyond borders.

From 28-30 June 2026, our team gathered in Bulgaria for the APV of the A New Taste of CulturEU! youth exchange.

During these three productive days, partner organizations worked together to finalize the programme, review the educational activities, discuss logistics, risk management and participant support, ensuring that every detail is well prepared for the upcoming youth exchange.

The APV also provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen our partnership, align expectations and exchange ideas on how to create an intercultural learning experience centered around culture, traditions and active participation.
