Iden Development Foundation was established in 2015 and brings together professionals with extensive experience in the field of regional planning and development and management of EU funds. The main activities of the Foundation are project management, project development, development of training programs, trainings and events organisation, business consultations, strategic, marketing and business
analysis. The foundation employs experts with extensive experience in strategic analysis and development of strategic documents, researchers and trainers in various socio-economic sectors. IDF develops and participates in transnational and cross-border projects, involving testing, piloting and adopting of innovation/innovative practices, research and training. The past two years the organisation is busy with a partnership for cross-border cooperation aiming to improve the joint risk management in the cross-border Bulgarian-Romanian area and enhancing the capacity for efficient reactions of local authorities for civil safety by developing an innovative digital tool to support evidence-based solutions for hazards risks management and spatial planning as well as by engaging local communities in co-creation, thus raising their awareness and building resilience. Another pillar in Idein Development’s activity is supporting the training and realisation of young people, adults and women (in particular) in priority sectors, also those related to the development and commercialisation of innovation, including through international exchange; promoting employment, life-long learning and training of workforce; networking with national and international organisations and institutions operating in the field of the labour market, regional development, innovation and smart specialisation. The foundation operates an office in Ruse, Bulgaria, and employs four experts. IDF also operates a network of external professionals with wide experience in different fields, such as business analysis, big data and AI, labour market, social inclusion, regional planning and development, including cross-border and transnational cooperation. The foundation has the necessary administrative capacity to lead and implement projects and assure smooth and correct implementation, respecting the timeline and reaching the objectives proposed. IDF’s vast experience in project management and partnerships coordination can strongly contribute to a partnership.
