🌍 ТЪРСИМ УЧАСТНИЦИ ЗА МЛАДЕЖКИ ОБМЕН В РУМЪНИЯ! 🇷🇴
📢 Имаш ли желание да се срещнеш с млади хора от различни държави, да развиеш нови умения и да научиш повече за социалното предприемачество и социалното включване?
Присъедини се към младежкия обмен „Pathways to Social Entrepreneurship“, който ще се проведе в Крайова, Румъния от 08.07.2026 до 14.07.2026 г. (плюс дни за пътуване).
✨ Какво ще правим?
✅ Ще научим как социалното предприемачество може да решава обществени проблеми;
✅ Ще обсъждаме теми като социално включване, равни възможности и участие на младите хора;
✅ Ще обменяме опит и добри практики с участници от различни държави;
✅ Ще участваме в интерактивни работилници, дискусии и практически дейности;
✅ Ще развиваме лидерски умения, увереност и междукултурна комуникация.
👥 Търсим:
• 3 участници на възраст 17+;
• Мотивирани, активни и отворени към нови преживявания млади хора;

🏠 Настаняването и храната са напълно покрити.
✈️ Пътните разходи се възстановяват съгласно правилата на програмата Erasmus+.

🌍 International Team Building Project
Our international Team Building project brought together young people from different countries for an unforgettable week filled with learning, friendship, adventure, and cultural exchange. ✨
Through interactive workshops, non-formal education activities, outdoor challenges, and teamwork games, participants developed communication, leadership, trust, and collaboration skills while creating meaningful connections beyond borders. 🤝
One of the most memorable moments was the tandem World Café evening in Razlog, where participants met local people, shared experiences, and discovered different cultures together. 🌍❤️
The project also included exciting outdoor activities, improvised “Olympic games”, visits to the beautiful towns of Bansko and Razlog, and a scenic journey on the Rhodope narrow-gauge railway surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. 🚂⛰️
Throughout the week, laughter, positive energy, and new friendships proved once again that non-formal education has the power to unite, inspire, and empower young people. 💫

🌍🇧🇬 Международен проект "Team Building"
Нашият международен проект “Team Building” събра младежи от различни държави за една незабравима седмица, изпълнена с учене, приятелства, приключения и културен обмен. ✨
Чрез интерактивни уъркшопи, неформално образование, отборни предизвикателства и игри, участниците развиха умения за комуникация, лидерство, доверие и работа в екип, като създадоха истински приятелства отвъд граници и култури. 🤝
Един от най-вълнуващите моменти беше tandem World Café вечерта в Разлог, където участниците се срещнаха с местни хора, обмениха идеи и опознаха различни култури. 🌍❤️
Проектът включваше още динамични активности на открито, импровизирани „Олимпийски игри“, посещения на красивите градове Банско и Разлог, както и незабравимо пътуване с Родопската теснолинейка сред впечатляващи планински гледки. 🚂⛰️
През цялата седмица смехът, положителната енергия и новите приятелства доказаха още веднъж, че неформалното образование има силата да обединява, вдъхновява и развива младите хора. 💫

Days 5 and 6 were very intensive, emotional, and exciting for the young participants.
We spent half of each day working on the project topics, taking part in discussions that revealed the views, ideas, and perspectives of the young people. We also organized improvised Olympic games that brought a lot of energy, teamwork, and fun to the group.

The afternoons were dedicated to exploring Bansko and Razlog by taking the beautiful Rhodope narrow-gauge railway, while enjoying a lot of connection with nature and unforgettable mountain views.

The final day was fully dedicated to the evaluation of the project. The feedback from the participants was entirely positive, and together we shared many beautiful, meaningful, and unforgettable moments.

A truly memorable experience!

Day 4 of the project is complete!
It was really interesting to see the reactions of the young people after we introduced some of the oldest team-building games used in non-formal education. For them, these activities were completely new — they had never experienced them before, and they had so much fun.

Day 3 of the project — completed! 🎉

Today, we explored the deeper meaning of teamwork. Working in international teams, the young participants took part in exciting and challenging activities that encouraged them to think, collaborate, and grow together. Through every task, they discovered that the success of a team depends on the contribution of every single member. 🤝🌍✨

The second day of our Team Building project went more than great! 🤝✨

Throughout the day, we worked on strengthening our teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills through different activities and challenges. In the evening, we took the young participants to Razlog, where we had a wonderful tandem evening in the form of a World Café together with local people. 🌍☕

It was an inspiring experience full of meaningful conversations, cultural exchange, new friendships, and unforgettable moments. 💙

We officially kicked off our next Erasmus+ youth project — "Team Building"!

Our first day was all about getting to know each other, sharing our fears, expectations, and attitudes, and creating a safe and positive space for everyone.

We already have such inspiring and interesting participants, and we are confident that the days ahead will be filled with meaningful experiences, learning, teamwork, and unforgettable memories together.

The remaining days of training course “Towards Sustainable Lifestyles” were intensive, but also very interesting. We worked on specific tasks both in international and national teams. Together, we discovered many facts about how unsustainably we live and how much we harm nature and the planet through the modern lifestyle we lead. Each participant assessed their own ecological footprint, as well as the footprint of the households we live in, and of course explored ways to become more sustainable.
We planted 15 acacia trees in the center of the village of Banya to bring joy to the local people and to help the bees. We also held a traveling training session on the Rhodope narrow-gauge railway. We couldn’t miss the opportunity to showcase Bulgaria’s beautiful nature to the participants, so on the last day we worked outdoors while learning new facts and terms.
