The aim of the NGO is to prepare youths and unemployed citizens for successful participation in the European civics training and labour market, provide career consultancy services and raise awareness about contemporary economics and opportunities for joint ventures in EU by organizing workshops in civics education, entrepreneurship and self employment. The association major goal is to create favou

The mission is to provide opportunities for young people to shape their own future and to create favourable conditions for making the voice of the young citizens heard. In our youth work we place first young people, their interests and integration in society. Our work is characterizes with empowering practices that facilitate young person’s independence, including financial good standing, youth participation in community life, youth work and youth policy. For that reason we organize public events, seminars, workshops in:

Our objectives are:
Organizing courses, seminars, training camps, conferences and international exchange programs for young people and unemployed for career development starting from basic competencies acquisition to effective communication skills, leadership and entrepreneurship. Running ecological activities – cleaning, re-using, re-cycling
Providing guidance and helping in internships and job placement and setting up of own companies
Supporting youths initiatives and participation in Erasmus+ programmes
Initiating human rights projects fostering equality, care for people with special needs and programmes for inclusion of disadvantaged, especially those living in remote rural regions. Setting up youth clubs of interest for promotion of national and European culture and traditions. Offering information, administrative and consulting services for NGOs and schools
Publishing, advertising and translation activities to achieve the objectives of the association. Accreditation for sending, receiving and coordinating EVS organization
Having in mind target group analyses and the joint partnerships’ decisions, our projects focus on maximum 3 of the following themes: civics, entrepreneurship, career development for meeting the requirements of the labour market, job application, self-employment, healthy lifestyle, sports and active ageing. We elaborate and multiply innovative educational course materials in foreign languages and entrepreneurship as well as organize drama performances, including traditional folk dances and songs.
