Обучителен курс "Let's ESC" 26.04-01.05.2026 г. в Малага, Испания 🇪🇸
Има срещи, които не планираш, но просто се случват. Тази беше такава.

С хора, които познавахме от години само през екран. Град, който има какво да разкаже. И програма, която накрая разбрахме отвътре, а не само на хартия.

Европейският корпус за солидарност дава на младите хора нещо рядко - истинска възможност да излязат от познатото, да допринесат за общност, която не е тяхната, и да се върнат различни. Не туризъм. Не просто CV пълнител. А преживяване, което остава.

Носим всичко научено обратно с нас, за да подкрепяме по-добре нашите доброволци, да укрепваме нашите проекти и да продължаваме да изграждаме общност, в която младите хора могат да растат, да допринасят и да принадлежат.

Тръгнахме си с нещо, което трудно се обяснява, но се усеща като посока. 🌟
Благодарим на за домакинството и на всички, които направиха тази седмица такава, каквато беше. 🇪🇸

“INTO THE WILD – camp, move, adapt, connect”

INTO THE WILD starts from this foundation: awareness becomes real only through action.

This training is the final step of the 2026 Smokinya Academy Trilogy, where learning moves beyond reflection into lived experience. Participants are placed in real conditions — rural, low-comfort, and unpredictable — where there is no script, no quick solutions, and no digital escape.

Here, communication, self-leadership, and awareness are not discussed — they are tested.

Through nature, group dynamics, and practical challenges, participants learn to act, adapt, and take responsibility in real time.

“HACK the System”

Hack the System starts from this foundation: words build worlds.
The project explores how language structures our reality and how becoming aware of our patterns allows us to communicate with more clarity, intention, and impact. At the same time, it responds to the rise of AI by teaching participants how to hack language patterns, design powerful prompts, and use technology consciously rather than being shaped by it. This training empowers participants to navigate both human communication and AI interaction with awareness, creativity, and control

“RESET: Beyond the System”

A journey to rebuild humanity in a digitally overstimulated world.
We are constantly exposed to information, digital stimulation, and social pressure, yet many experience loneliness, burnout, and a lack of meaning.

“RESET: Beyond the System” is Smokinya Foundation’s answer to this paradox.

It invites participants to step out of digital noise, reconnect with their values, body, and environment, and rediscover clarity and purpose in their personal and professional lives.

- Разклатени стереотипи през игрите - вече гледат на нещата ( и хората) отвъд пръв поглед.
- Практика в ненасилствената комуникация - за по‑приятни разговори и по‑сплотени екипи.
- Знанието как да създават на приобщаващи дейности - и как да ги приложим вкъщи!
