Our project manager Nora Todorova recently took part in the training course “Level Up: Raising Quality in Youth Projects”, organised by CVS Bulgaria in Bankya, Bulgaria (26 March – 2 April 2026).
The training brought together youth workers and organisational representatives from 12 countries: 🇦🇹 Austria, 🇧🇬 Bulgaria, 🇨🇿 Czech Republic, 🇬🇷 Greece, 🇫🇮 Finland, 🇱🇻 Latvia, 🇵🇱 Poland, 🇳🇱 The Netherlands, 🇵🇹 Portugal, 🇷🇸 Serbia, 🇪🇸 Spain, and 🇹🇷 Turkey , creating a vibrant space for exchange, collaboration, and inspiration.
During the course, the participants dug deep into:
📚 Understanding the Erasmus+ framework: KA1 & KA2 key characteristics and the full project life cycle; Project stages and quality standards - from the first idea to the final report; Strategies and tips for successful project applications
🏆 Raising the quality bar: Tools for quality management, monitoring and evaluation across the full project cycle; Key criteria and the process for Erasmus+ accreditation (KA150/KA151); Quality in partnerships, activities, inclusion, communication and dissemination of results
🔭 Looking ahead: Youthpass and recognition of non-formal learning; Preparing for the new Erasmus+ programme period and what comes beyond
