The Art of Saying it Right – Learning, Connecting, Growing

From 14–21 May, two representatives of Eudaimonia joined the Erasmus+ Training Course “The Art of Saying it Right (ASR)” in Nea Makri, hosted by .youth.participation Hellenic Youth Participation 🇬🇷

Together with youth workers from Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Germany, and Bulgaria, they explored how communication, reflection, feedback, and inclusion can become powerful tools for creating meaningful learning experiences for young people. 🌍🤝

Through experiential learning, role-playing, storytelling, group work, and self-reflection, participants developed skills in active listening, empathetic communication, constructive feedback, and designing inclusive educational activities. The training also explored how AI can be used responsibly to support learning, critical thinking, and youth engagement without losing the human connection at the heart of youth work.

One of the most valuable moments for our participants was the opportunity to design and facilitate their own workshops, transforming theory into practice and gaining confidence as facilitators. The training also encouraged deeper reflection on appreciation, feedback, and the importance of creating safe spaces where everyone feels heard and respected.

Beyond the learning outcomes, the project became a space for friendship, trust, and intercultural exchange. As one participant shared, “We became a little family there.” 💙

At Eudaimonia, we believe that international mobility projects are much more than training courses—they are transformative experiences that strengthen competences, broaden perspectives, and inspire people to create positive change in their communities.

We are grateful to partner with organizations that invest in meaningful learning and empower youth workers across Europe. Special thanks to the organizers from Hellenic Youth Participation for making this journey so enriching and memorable!

From 22nd to 26th April, 3 youth workers from Eudaimonia took part in the Erasmus+ training course “Healthy Boundaries, Healthy Youth Work” in Plasencia, hosted by the Spanish organization Asociación multideportiva EUEXIA
Throughout the training, participants explored the importance of healthy boundaries in youth work, emotional wellbeing, communication, self-awareness, and sustainable support practices for young people. Through interactive workshops, reflection sessions, teamwork, and intercultural exchange, the participants strengthened their competences and gained valuable tools they can now apply in their work and local communities. 🤝🌍
Beyond the learning experience, the project created a space for genuine human connection, exchange of perspectives, and inspiration among youth workers from different countries.
We are proud that Eudaimonia had the opportunity to contribute to this meaningful international partnership and to support the professional growth of young people and youth workers from Bulgaria.
