Мисията на Сдружение „Добруджанско аграрно и бизнес училище“ (ДАБУ) е да се наложи и развие като водещ изследователски и научен център в Югоизточна Европа с утвърден имидж в бизнес сферата и авторитет сред аграрната и академичната общност, както и да стане основа за развитието на регионална научна и практическа школа, както и да генерира и трансформира в нашата и чужда практика новаторски идеи и а

вангардни научни постижения.
ДАБУ има за цел да осъществява дейности за подпомагане развитието на аграрните науки, агробизнеса и свързаните с него екология, туризъм и др. бизнес дейности в България чрез стимулиране на образованието и научните изследвания и приложението им в обществената практика.
Основни дейности на сдружението са подпомагане на образованието, развитие на науката и подпомагане на местната власт чрез разработка на стратегии за икономическо развитие на общини, стратегии за развитие на човешките ресурси за големи бизнес структури, разработка и управление на проекти, както и обучение на предриемачи за развиване на успешен бизнес и умения за усвояване на средства от европейските фондове.

🌱 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞!🌱

We’re excited to share updates from our #𝐀𝐃𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐑𝐈 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 (8-9.07.2926), held in beautiful Albena, Bulgaria! 🌊☀️

Over two inspiring days, we explored the latest innovations in agricultural education with experts from 🇧🇬Bulgaria, 🇬🇷Greece and 🇹🇷Türkiye. From leadership skills for young farmers 👩‍🌾👨‍🌾 to cutting-edge technologies like robotics and AI in agriculture 🤖, the sessions were packed with practical insights.

We also had the privilege of learning about climate-smart agriculture practices in the Trakya region of Türkiye and how they’re successfully tackling environmental challenges.

And of course, no training would be complete without hands-on experience! We enjoyed a fascinating field visit to the Albena Resort, where we saw sustainable development and green transition practices in action. 🌍💚

The project is co-funded by the Black Sea Basin CBC - Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme - supporting cross-border cooperation for a greener, more climate-resilient Black Sea region.

🌱 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞-𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞

The 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, organised on 🗓️7 July 2026 in Albena, Bulgaria, marked another important milestone of the project – 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙙𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝘾𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝘼𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 in the Black Sea Region.

The event gathered representatives of public institutions, academia and agricultural organisations from 🇧🇬Bulgaria, 🇬🇷Greece and 🇹🇷Türkiye to exchange knowledge and good practices on climate-smart agriculture. Discussions focused on the EU policy and regulatory framework, climate adaptation strategies, sustainable farming solutions, and the contribution of European Quality Schemes to rural development and regional competitiveness.

The workshop also highlighted the challenges that climate change poses to agriculture in the Black Sea Basin and presented innovative approaches—including precision agriculture, digital technologies and sustainable land management—to strengthen the resilience of farming communities.

The event concluded with a networking session that encouraged dialogue, cooperation and the development of future joint initiatives among stakeholders from the three participating countries.

The project is implemented through a partnership led by the Trakya Kalkınma Ajansı together with the Добруджанско аграрно и бизнес училище / Dobrudzha Agro and Business School and Rural Research and Development Company of North Evros S.A. The project is co-funded by the Black Sea Basin CBC (Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021–2027), supporting cross-border cooperation for a greener, more climate-resilient Black Sea region.

🌱 The Technical Training within the ADAPTAGRI Project Has Officially Begun!

We are pleased to launch the Technical Training organized within the framework of the **ADAPTAGRI** project, funded by the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme.

Over the coming 2 days, experts and participants from Bulgaria, Greece, and Türkiye will exchange knowledge, share practical experience, and strengthen their capacities to support climate adaptation and resilience in agriculture.

This training provides an excellent opportunity for learning, networking, and fostering cross-border cooperation to address common challenges facing the agricultural sector in the Black Sea region.

Can ambitious biodiversity targets and Europe’s food, forestry and energy needs go hand in hand? 🌱

The answer is: YES

A new study suggests that restoring nature does not have to come at the expense of food production, forestry or energy security.

Using integrated spatial planning, the EU could improve conservation status for up to 42% of threatened species while still allowing farming and forestry areas to grow. 🦋

The study highlights that success depends on:

✅ Burden-sharing across Member States
