Within an interactive event we have shared our experience from the project "You have a purpose" 2025-1-BG01-KA122-ADU-000345478, funded by the Erasmus+ program.

The event was in the frames of the biggest regional job market, organized by the National employment agency, Smolyan. It gathered the biggest local employers and almost 100 job seekers.

We used the international Italian-French approach, we learned during the mobility. It allows employers and job seekers to connect in a nonformal way and learn the most important carrier-related answer by their own direct experience and creative nonformal workshops.

This made everyone's experience diverse and exiting and has set the foundations of our fruitful cooperation with the administration of the National employment agency, and the regional job center Smolyan. In the next months we will organize a series of similar events with even bigger scales together with our colleagues from those institutions.

We also promoted the opportunities Erasmus+ program offers for adult learners, which were widely unknown among our local community.

🌍✨ “You Have a Purpose” ✨🌍

Between 15-25 October, 16 adult learners from our community took part in the international training “You Have a Purpose” 2025-1-BG01-KA122-ADU-000345478 in Metaponto, Italy 🇮🇹

During these inspiring 10 days, participants strengthened their career development skills, learning how to:
✔️ Create professional CVs, motivation letters, and portfolios
✔️ Use online job platforms effectively and stand out to employers
✔️ Negotiate job conditions with confidence
✔️ Build a mindset of continuous professional growth

Together with our amazing Italian partners, we visited one of the leading local job mediation organisations and organised an interactive networking event with Italian peers and employerssharing experiences, ideas, and career ambitions.

And of course, all this happened by the beautiful Ionian Sea, enjoying the last warm days of summer 🌊☀️

With the end of August came the end of our project – 2025-1-BG01-KA152-YOU-000303376 “The Tree of Life”! 🌳

From August 19th to August 27th, we gathered 40 young people interested in afforestation and conducting environmental initiatives from Denmark, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, and Spain in the beautiful village of Progled, Bulgaria ⛰️🇧🇬.

During the project, the participants learned about the main factors that maintain balance in the most common types of ecosystems in our regions and how we can influence them.
Furthermore, they went through a masterclass on soil preparation, tree preparation and planting, and post–planting care for them.
Our facilitators presented in a detailed manner the three–step technique for overcoming bad habits.
We also identified the most powerful natural antidepressants for each of us and the main factors that make us feel depressed. We created a mind map as a treasure map leading to happiness and highlighting the obstacles along the way.

Our young ecologists designed ecological initiatives suited to our countries, one of which we conducted during our mobilty.

During the meeting with the expert from the Regional Department for Agricultural Advice in Plovdiv, we learnt about the current European and national programs supporting young farmers starting businesses and transitioning to organic farming.

We collected everything we learned into a Handbook for effective leadership of afforestation campaigns by inexperienced people and created an online platform for mutual assistance and advice in afforestation and other environmental campaigns on Facebook where the participants from the project will share their future ecological and afforestation initiatives and they can advise about these topics.

Участието е напълно безплатно като разходите по транспорт и настаняване са поети от нашата организация. Възрастта на участниците е от 25 до 50 години като предимство ще се дава на безработни или временно заети хора, мигранти/бежанци, както и хора, които имат желание да се преквалифицират или да сменят настоящата си работа. 🌞 Our summer adventures began with the project 2024-3-BG01-KA152-YOU-000284604 "Be the Good Opportunity"!

From July 3rd to 13th, we gathered 40 aspiring social entrepreneurs from 🇵🇱 Poland, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇨🇾 Cyprus, 🇷🇴 Romania, and 🇧🇬 Bulgaria in our beautiful mountain ⛰️ for 10 unforgettable days of learning, sharing, and growing together.

💡 We explored how to find our purpose in life, shape our ideas into high-quality business plans, analyze markets, promote our initiatives, and raise funding.
🤝 A special focus was placed on integrating local socially vulnerable groups - identifying their needs and strengths, and making them part of our success stories.

🌟 We met inspiring local social entrepreneurs and learned from their real-life experience.
🧠 Experts in psychology, support systems, and public funding taught us how to effectively recruit team members and secure financial resources.
📣 We tested innovative marketing and fundraising strategies hands-on.

📘 In the end, we summarized our knowledge in a practical handbook - a tool we’ll use to build our future businesses and share knowledge with our local communities.
📖 We also created a catalogue of our best business ideas to inspire others on the same journey!
