Our last two fays at the youthe exchange focused on turning ideas into action through the “Changemakers Lab: Putting Ideas into Practice”, where participants worked on bringing their concepts to life and strengthening their impact 💡

We also developed digital project outcomes, especially creative videos, and explored personal and national dissemination—how to share results and spread the project’s message back in our communities

All that was followed up by self-reflection, giving participants the space to look back on their full Erasmus+ journey and recognize how much they have grown both personally and as active citizens 🌱 Through guided reflection activities, they explored the skills they developed, the challenges they overcame, and the key moments that shaped their experience. It was also a moment to celebrate the group process, the friendships created, and the shared learning that made the exchange meaningful for everyone involved.

We also focused on planning follow-up activities, discussing how to continue the project’s impact once returning home and how to bring the spirit of youth participation into local communities 💡 The final evaluation helped gather feedback and insights to improve future projects, ensuring that every voice was heard. The experience officially concluded with the Youthpass ceremony 🎓 recognizing each participant’s learning outcomes and achievements throughout the exchange, marking not an end, but a new beginning for future changemakers.

Our Youth Participation project!

It all started with an energizer that boosted everyone’s energy and connection ⚡ We then dived into the workshop From Volunteer to Changemaker, where participants explored how small actions can lead to meaningful impact and shared their own experiences of taking initiative. Teams also began working on their project outcomes, turning ideas into concrete results that will last beyond the project 💡

The day ended with a vibrant Spain & Bulgaria cultural night, full of traditions, music, flavors, and new friendships 🇪🇸🇧🇬

Our next day at the youth exchange kept the momentum going with more learning and meaningful discussions! ⚡🌍

We started with an energizer to boost our mood and get everyone ready for the day ahead 🤸‍♂️✨

Then we explored youth participation on a European level, discovering how young people can get involved, make their voices heard, and create change across Europe 🇪🇺💬

Later, we focused on problem-solving in everyday life — sharing real challenges and working together to find creative and practical solutions to include ourselves into the society 💡🤝

Our next day at the youth exchange brought even more energy, reflection, and creativity! ⚡✨

We started the day with a fun energizer that woke everyone up and set a positive vibe for what was ahead 🤸‍♀️🎶

Then we dove into “National Realities”, sharing and discussing the different situations, challenges, and perspectives from our countries 🌍💬

In the afternoon, we stepped into the world of theatre 🎭 — exploring different areas of society through acting, expression, and teamwork. It was a powerful way to understand real-life issues and the effect youth can have.

Our Erasmus+ journey - full of energy, creativity, and knowledge! ✨

We kicked off with our “Mission Impossible” challenge, pushing teamwork, problem-solving, and a lot of laughter along the way 🕵️‍♂️💡

Next, we explored Erasmus+ opportunities, learning how this program opens doors for youth across Europe and abroad 🌍📚

In the afternoon, creativity took over as we worked in teams to build unique sculptures — turning ideas into art 🎨🗿

We ended the day with an unforgettable cultural night, discovering the traditions, food, music, and spirit of Türkiye and Romania 🇹🇷🇷🇴❤️

We have started our new youth exchange “Youth Participation 360” project—and what an amazing start! 🎉

We kicked things off with a fun energizer to get everyone moving and smiling, followed by creative name games that helped us learn more about each other and break the ice. 🤝

After building that first connection, we introduced the project overview, sharing our goals, ideas, and what we hope to achieve together over the coming days. 💡

To wrap up the day, we dove into an exciting treasure hunt 🗺️—a perfect mix of teamwork, exploration, and laughter that brought everyone even closer.

Now that the Youth Exchange "Rural Changemakers" has officially come to an end, let’s finish it off with a powerful testimonial from one of our Romanian participants 🇷🇴💬

“Taking part in this Erasmus+ youth exchange in Bansko, Bulgaria 🇧🇬 was such a meaningful experience for me, both personally and professionally. The project focused on supporting disadvantaged rural areas and empowering young people to become changemakers through civic engagement, entrepreneurship, and NGO involvement 🌱🤝

I had the chance to collaborate with amazing young people from across Europe 🌎, exchanging ideas and perspectives on how to develop rural communities. Through interactive workshops, brainstorming sessions, and case studies 💡, we explored real challenges and worked on sustainable solutions.

One of the most impactful parts was learning about social entrepreneurship, how small, local initiatives can truly make a difference when they meet the community’s needs. We also discovered how NGOs play a key role in supporting these areas.

This experience helped me grow in so many ways: teamwork, intercultural communication 🗣️, and critical thinking 🧠. Most importantly, it inspired me to get more involved in my own community and contribute through real actions 💪

Our project came to a meaningful close with a day full of reflection, learning, and celebration.

The project concluded with a day focused on reflection, evaluation, and celebration. Participants presented the key outcomes of the project and shared their personal learning experiences, highlighting the impact the activities had on their development. The discussions showed how valuable the project was for everyone involved.

After the final evaluation session, where participants reflected on the overall experience and shared their feedback, we celebrated the completion of the project with the Youthpass ceremony. It was a special moment to recognize the learning journey and achievements of all participants. 🌍✨

A big thank you to everyone who was part of this journey. The memories, friendships, and knowledge we created together will continue long after the project ends. 💙🌍 See you soon in the next adventure!

We started our fifth day by exploring successful entrepreneurs and their stories, learning how different people turned their ideas into impactful businesses and what challenges they faced along the way. 💡

Later, Vuk from the Serbian team led an engaging session on AI in entrepreneurship, sharing how artificial intelligence can support innovation and help entrepreneurs develop smarter solutions.

To finish the day, participants began working in groups on their project outcomes, taking the first steps toward shaping the final ideas developed during the Rural Changemakers Lab. 🚀
