On October 13th, we gathered at Vox Cafeteria & Cocktails to practice public speaking, build confidence, and have fun!

From a storytelling icebreaker to pitching funny Chindogu inventions, participants got creative, stepped out of their comfort zones, and learned how to engage an audience. 🚀✨

Yesterday at VOX, we had our Mind Matters event dedicated to raising awareness about mental health and well-being. We talked about self-care, the importance of asking for help, and how we can support people who struggle with their mental health. Through meaningful discussions and interactive activities, we created a space where everyone could share their experiences and learn from each other without pressure.
We are so grateful for everyone who participated and shared their thoughts. This event showed that even small conversations can make a big difference. Let’s keep breaking the judgement and reminding each other that no one has to struggle alone!😊💞🫵

On October 7th, we put our geography skills to the test with a fun GeoGuessr tournament! After a short introduction to the game, we learned some useful tips and strategies before exploring different places around the world.
We also prepared some snacks to enjoy during the event, while discovering fascinating locations such as the Hill of Crosses in Lithuania and Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany 🏰.
It was a great opportunity to learn something new, discover interesting places and enjoy some time together.

This Tuesday, we had the opportunity to take part in the municipality’s “Come Back to Blagoevgrad” event! 🇧🇬
At our stand, visitors could learn more about our organisation and upcoming activities while also playing some games! Our lucky wheel was definitely a highlight. At one point, we even had a small queue!
The evening also featured an amazing student programme with young people from AUBG and South-West University, including dance performances, a fashion show and many other entertaining acts. It was great to see how much talent and energy there is in Blagoevgrad! 💃
Besides meeting many new people, we also had the chance to connect with representatives from other organisations, exchange ideas and talk about possible future collaborations. 🤝
A big thank you for giving us the opportunity to be part of this event! We hope to see some of the people we met again at our future activities.

On Saturday we joined an event organised by the Youth Centre, where we introduced people to what we do at ABS, played some fun games and spent time together. It was great to meet new people and share a little bit of what we do! ✨
