If you've been on the fence about the Coliving Gathering, let us walk you through what's actually happening.

Day 1 kicks off with a Rapid Coliving Pitch, where founders and operators share their concepts and get immediate feedback from the room. Then comes F*ck Up Night: honest stories from people who've been building in this industry. The failed launches, the empty rooms, the partnerships gone wrong. Real lessons, no filters. And yes, dinner after at a cozy restaurant in Bansko.

Day 2 goes deep. A 3-hour Coliving Mastermind in small curated groups working through real challenges: occupancy and pricing, community design, partnerships, scaling, operations. You don't just listen. You contribute. Then an afternoon brainstorming session where new coliving ideas actually start taking shape. Another dinner to keep the conversations going.

Day 3 closes with a coliving site visit. Because sometimes you need to see it, not just talk about it.

This is not a conference. There are no panels where you sit and take notes and go home with a LinkedIn connection you'll never message.

It's a working gathering, in the mountains, alongside Bansko Nomad Fest, one of the world's largest nomad events.
