The Kick-off Meeting in Granada, Spain, officially marked the beginning of the project and the start of a two-year cooperation focused on strengthening media literacy, digital resilience, and youth-led civic engagement across Europe. Hosted by EUducate (Spain), the meeting brought together representatives of all consortium partners: AAsociatia Be You(Romania – project coordinator), EUducate (Spain), MoMentor (Bulgaria), and ZPTM Brežice (Slovenia).
Over the course of two intensive and highly productive working days, partners presented their organizational backgrounds, expertise, and specific roles within the project. The sessions continued with a comprehensive overview of the project objectives, expected results, and overall timeline, ensuring a shared understanding of the project’s vision and direction.
During the meeting, the consortium finalized the distribution of responsibilities and clarified each partner’s contribution to the development of the first intellectual outputs. A detailed action plan for the upcoming months was agreed upon, setting clear milestones and deadlines. Particular attention was devoted to administrative procedures, financial management, reporting obligations, and compliance with Erasmus+ requirements, ensuring a solid operational framework from the outset.
The partners also identified potential risks and discussed mitigation strategies to guarantee smooth communication and effective collaboration throughout the implementation period. Beyond the formal working sessions, the meeting fostered a strong spirit of cooperation, trust, and mutual understanding among the partners, laying a solid foundation for successful joint work in the upcoming phases of the project.
