My Story

My name is Ellen. I'm being treated for a brain tumor. At the age of 28 I got the diagnosis of a braintumor! After receiving such devastating news I did what everyone does. Go online and search for information, treatments,... Soon it became very clear to me that because of it’s complexity there was hardly any funding or researsch or information about this still considerd one of the deadliest forms of caner. That's why I decided to start a non-profit called live for better days vzw. What we do is simple, we organise different events to spread the word and create awareness that we need help and all the proceeds of those events are for brain tumor research! You can enjoy a fun night out, good show, play, exposition, petanque tournament,... all while supporting the good cause! On this page you're gonna find articles, stories, all the activities that we do and what will happen in the future!
