We are delighted to share that our charity evening at Villa Empain - Fondation Boghossian was a resounding success.

It was a night of solidarity, culture, and generosity – and thanks to all of you, we raised significant funds that will support our project to equip Artik Hospital in Armenia with essential orthopedic surgery equipment.

We express our warmest thanks to the Boghossian Foundation for the invaluable support and personally to Jean Boghossian, who created two unique artworks especially for our event, making the auction even more meaningful.

Thank you to our talented musicians, Armen-Levon Manaseryan and Sevak Avanesyan for magnificent spiritual presentations.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our distinguished guests whose presence made the evening truly special: Jean Boghossian, Michel De Maegd, Georges Dallemagne, Tigran Balayan, Arman Israyelyan, Liana Mkrtchyan and Robert Unusyan. To all who not only joined us but also generously donated items for the auction and supported other bids.

A special thank you to VIVA FUND, and in particular its founder Dr Tatyana Oganesyan, who travelled from Yerevan to be with us. VIVA remains one of our strongest and trusted partners.

Jean Boghossian is a Belgian-Lebanese artist of Armenian heritage, born in Aleppo into a family shaped by the Armenian Genocide and repeated displacement. His journey of resilience and reinvention fuels his groundbreaking use of fire as an artistic medium. Through burning, scorching, and smoke, he creates works that explore the fragile line between destruction and rebirth. Deeply inspired by his Armenian roots, Mediterranean culture, and background in fine craftsmanship, Boghossian has developed a distinctive visual language now recognized worldwide. Exhibited from the Venice Biennale to Monaco, Seoul, and the Pyramids of Giza, he continues to create in Brussels, bridging Eastern heritage and Western contemporary art.

Sevak Avanesyan
Né en Arménie en 1989, il s’est imposé comme l’un des violoncellistes les plus talentueux de sa génération. Ancien violoncelle solo de l’Orchestre National de Belgique, lauréat de concours internationaux, il s’est produit dans les plus grandes salles du monde : Berlin Philharmonic, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Salle Gaveau Paris…

🎭 Avec son projet BLACK, il explore mémoire, guerre et humanité à travers le violoncelle.
🎻 Il joue sur un instrument historique Matteo Goffriller (1689), prêté par Mischa Maisky.

🌟 Et nous aurons l’immense honneur d’accueillir sa performance lors de notre gala ce samedi 22 novembre.

Pianiste d’exception, artiste visionnaire et figure majeure de la scène musicale arménienne.

Lauréat de nombreux prix internationaux, décoré de l’Ordre de Préservation de la Nation Arménienne et membre de la Peter Feuchtwanger Society, il porte la culture arménienne sur les scènes les plus prestigieuses du monde.

Fondateur du VITRAGE Festival et du projet caritatif Art Next To Kids, il fait rayonner l’art au-delà du concert, en créant des ponts entre musique, communauté et créativité.

Artiste des labels KNS Classical et Navona Records, il repousse les frontières avec ses projets innovants Color Of Sound et Visible Music, où le piano rencontre l’illustration dans une expérience immersive unique. 🎶🎨

Enseignant passionné à Bonn, Cologne et Bergheim, il inspire chaque jour une nouvelle génération de musiciens.
