Hi friends,
You are all suuuper welcome to join the community lab we are initiating with some of us in collaboration with WAVE. In this community kitchen lab we investigate if community kitchens can play a role in a food transition and if cohousings or communities can create space for these initiaves. We invite the GEN community and people who are involved with commnity/mutual aid kitchens (volkskeukens, voku’s ;)), food initiatives in Ghent and people living in cohousings in Ghent. The day exists our of 3 parts, you can take part in 1 or multiple. First we will make a plant-based buffet together, secondly we will organize ourselves into discussion groups and last we will share the meal some of us prepaired in the first part.
All based on free contribution if you register: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1bxT0yOETVOrdd9zCFvBmo9DE5li15NWHIPmHddRHTF0/viewform?ts=69c258d0&edit_requested=true
