Kick-start Finals Day with AeroFit! 

Join us for FISAF AeroFit, a fun, high-energy group fitness experience that celebrates the historic roots of competitive sport aerobics.

📅 Saturday 12 November
⏰ Arrive from 8am - Class starts 8:30am

Class Format
    •    5-minute warm-up
    •    15-minute group fitness class

Learn a choreographed aerobics routine from former World Champion Arlene Thomas-Hewitt and experience the excitement of group fitness.

Competition Opportunity
At the end of the class, judges will select:
🏅 Top 10 performers Under 15 years
🏅 Top 10 performers Over 15 years
From these finalists, performers will be chosen to take the stage during the World Championships Finals Session.

✨ Finalists will have time to practise before performing.
✨ The instructor will perform alongside the finalists on the World Championships stage.
✨ Places awarded for top 3 performers.
