One final post - some special thank yous to people who without their help this trip would not be possible:
Firstly, Air Cadet Charity who very kindly gave us a grant towards the costs. Their generosity allowed us to reduce the cost to individual cadets, which meant the trip was open to a larger number of cadets than it otherwise would have been.
Secondly, Bayliss Executive Travel who provide us with the coach and driver every year.
Thirdly, Menin Gate Accommodation for groups, who provide us with accommodation right in the heart of Ypres city centre.
Lastly, UK in Belgium - British Embassy Brussels as it is always an incredible honour to attend the ceremony at Tyne Cot.
Actually, the last thank you goes to the staff, who without them there would be no Ex Flanders Poppy. They give up their time for free to attend, and the very nature of this trip means they are working incredibly hard 24/7 - be that physically taking part in the numerous visits/parades, or working on the coach to organise additional visits, or doing research to give the cadets the complete background of some of the fallen, or having to attend additional meetings away from the cadets.
