How the waiting list works (simple version):
➡️ When someone cancels, the first person on the waiting list is contacted by the X-LAN crew
➡️ That person can confirm if they still want to attend
➡️ If yes, they get the free spot and the waiting list moves up
➡️ If not, we contact the next person in line
➡️ Places are handled first come, first served

ℹ️ During this process, it may briefly look like a seat is free — this is normal while we wait for a response.
