Hierarchies form due to the amount of work put in, the amount of responsibility taken and superior knowledge and skills etc. We therefore try to contribute equally and share skills. consensus-based decision making

OUr in HOUSE RULES
1 Everyone is expected to put in a monthly minimum of working hours for the project — f.e. 8 hours doing administrative work, maintenance, ... and another 8 hours in food cultivation.
2 Shall commit to share the work and social common parts of the project, housing, self sustainable actions (e.g. growing food) and social centre activities. 3 For ecological, ethical and sanitary reasons all communal spaces will be vegetarian. 4 Cats and dogs are acceptable in limited numbers, and if well-behaved. 5 That you do not allow any substance that you partake of to become a problem for yourself or anyone else. Hard drugs are not welcome at all.. 7 We are personally responsible for our own guests or guests invited by them. 8 Commit to meet regulary 9 To stay within the bonds of our contracts.
